989 completed and 1046 dropped. Why is it surprising that there are about 2K user ratings with over 4,000 users with this drama still on the currently watching list?

Of the 21,270 watchers, only 6,865 have marked Overdo as completed, currently watching, dropped, or on hold. Therefore, of the 6,865 active watchers, 2K have left ratings. This is approximately 33% of active users. It is not unusual for users to rate while "currently" watching or "dropped." Therefore, 2K user ratings is not surprising.

Why did you delete the bulk of your comment? 😂 I am glad you got my point: 2K users leaving ratings out of 6,865 active users is more realistic than looking at it as 4.5% based on 21K watchers, over 15K of whom have the drama just sitting on their plan-to-watch list.

I agree with you that 144 reviews for approximately 2000 user rating is high. This is a 7% review to user rating ratio as the norm seems to be 1%. Some have been working hard to leave those reviews even if they had to make new accounts. I have been lazy this summer and didn't write any reviews even though there have been some amazing dramas.

It is such as a sweet drama. I love the developing friendship.

Do they have a movie? Chen Fei did not disappoint in WDBTD. But the FL made some weird expressions. It took me a while to get used to her. I haven't watched any of her other dramas. I think Chen Fei has another drama. I will check.

I screamed at him not to do it. He threw his dreams away and in trying to protect the woman he loved the most, he made her sign over her shares so she would not be linked to him. He sacrificed her happiness and his for his need to go after the guy who caused his sister's death. I also felt Zhu Yun caused this to happen because she wanted revenge and got Li Xun involved. But he never wanted her to feel she caused it. I was so upset watching this but L&P went deep into my heart. I loved their chemistry so much. I felt mad at him and also bad for him because he was minding his own business and building his company until she asked him to help her humiliate that guy.

I think there is a future romance here! I meant to mention it earlier and kept getting side tracked. I felt as if he liked her and I loved his calmness and the way he talked her through her problem.
