I remember someone saying he was going to investigate her when he saw the leads talking together. Li YiFei's father keeps a close eye on him. Qian Fei's character has integrity and she is also quite capable in her career, so I am sure these qualities will overcome all the objections eventually. I wonder when Tan Jian Ci is going to turn on the charm and start to woo her. I hope it is sooner than later, as I admit to enjoying him in those roles🤭
