π I would like to finish this before I leave on my trip. If the express is out by tonight, I don't know if…
I was thinking to do that but I have a hard time sleeping on the plane. Either way, I will not be able to stop myself if the express comes out tonight.
I think this drama deserves more attention. Episodes 22β25 completely got me in tearsβpure emotional damage.…
I agree. There doesn't seem to be much interaction on this page. I am catching up with rating the episodes. I don't know why some already rated ep 26 to 30. I already left my rating for this drama.
I started this drama over the weekend. I have been busy binging more than commenting as much as I would had I started when it was released. Surely, the low number of comments could not have been because I was missing π Seriously though, I am surprised at the 2726 number of comments at 25 episodes. There is so much to say, not only about the character arcs, but also about the themes of love and survival. In addition, the director knows what he is doing because I cannot count the number of times I caught my breath and smiled at sceneπ
I like that Wu didn't go to say goodbye. There are no goodbyes between Mu and Ye. It was perfect.
I agree. I need some balm right about now. This is a beautiful drama πππ I am going to rewatch it so I can catch every single meaning scene and word. Nothing was wasted here. Oh no! Did her mom's plant survive? I wonder if it will show up at the end. It would be perfect to show that things can survive in the most unexpected places.
First of all his mom and grandma would never want him to be bogged down there again they want him to study and…
I also found the idea that Wu will keep up his studies and catch up with Ye comforting. He is certainly quite smart. I imagine he will become successful and rich one day using that brain of his. He might have lost his future as a pilot, but he could design his own aircraft and become the CEO of his own company. That would be an ideal ending. I hope they let us see.
I didnt agree with her deleting his contact like that. that was dumb. no need to argue with me but after all they…
That was painful to watch but I think it set the tone that he will keep studying to meet her half way. In a way, it paved the way for him to make it. On the one hand, I felt they should communicate and study together with FaceTime or something. But it gave me comfort knowing that they will meet again for college. I hope he makes it into the same college. I was more emotional watching Ye say goodbye to the rest of the gang. My heart is heavy so I guess I will go finish my packing.
When is express? I need to finish it before my driving lessons because I'm stressing
π I would like to finish this before I leave on my trip. If the express is out by tonight, I don't know if I can resist watching. I have an early morning flight though.
I am all caught up. Episode 25 wasn't as bad as I thought it would be based on the comments. It set the goal for Wu an Ye to meet again. What made me cry was seeing Ye and Grandma as well as the love and care the neighbors gave Wu, Ye, Lan Fang, and Grandma. I literally had tears rolling down my cheeks.
I got the feeling that Ye's father wasn't buying into his "friends'" happiness at having them back. To him, they are just part of the network, and he will always remember that they didn't help. The fact that he rushed to pick up Ye as soon as he could shows he cares for her. He might not have been the best father, but I think he loves her and wants the best for her. He doesn't know true friendship, but in time, he will come to realize that what Ye found in that village was something she should indeed cherish. He looked proud of Ye when she eloquently reminded those who didn't help her that she knows who she should cherish.
Now I can only hope for a time skip by ep 27. I don't need to see the next 5 episodes to give Dazzling a 10. The character arcs and emotional portrayal of love and loyalty stand out in this beautiful drama. Love it!π
