Wait till next week. I am about to finish ep 7 and this is one of those dramas that I will stay up till after midnight waiting for the next episode.

I think the reason Changning is not listed in the cast is because the parents do not want her name revealed. I think she is the same little actress in Shine on Me.

Fresh chicken has a much better flavor than store bought. I have never done it myself but I ate it growing up. I watched the maids plucking feathers though😂

Same for me. I made myself busy with cleaning up my closet but I ended up reading comments so I am going to pick up on ep 4 now.

I am only a few eps in and I love it too. I am also a huge ZLH fan but not part of his fandom. I loved him so much in The Princess Royal. I love his look here more though. He looks so handsome with his hair down on the sides.

I have to say I cringed when the FL threw the half pig over her shoulder to deliver it. I don't even like touching raw meat when I cook😂 At least it wasn't dripping with blood. It was just the thought that it was a dead animal.

I am Chinese. I don't think they mean anything. My family and I go for hotpot and when the in laws order the pork belly, I joke with them and say, "No thanks!" 😂 I used to love eating chicken feet but I changed my mind. Basically, I avoid the fatty meats but I love dessert. We went to lunch at one of the in laws and she made frog legs. I told my kids not to eat it. I don't even like looking at frogs. I have eaten tripe and my brothers like it.

I am going to stop cleaning out my closet and get back to watching. I took a break to have some lunch and scrolling through here. I guess I am going to get stuck with one ep a day. I really dislike that but oh well.

I didn't thinks so either. It all looked so natural. Maybe it is because the voice actor got all the pauses and nuances perfectly.

I know it is hard to believe because the voice sounds so much like him. I think they get a voice actor for reasons to do with speech delivery, accent, tones... I am not sure. But Jin Mai was not dubbed in TPR. Directors love her for her speech deliverance.

I agree. Great visuals. I don't watch some dramas even if I love one of the leads. I can't watch if the visuals don't work for me. Sometimes I try and I end up liking it, but I appreciate when the visuals are perfect.
