Actually, I felt from the start that the FL loved her husband for all time. The sml was there for the plot. He didn't annoy me too much and he wasn't always there. Now we are half through the drama, it is at the point where we will start to learn more about what the sml is up to.
I love this drama for the leads. They are adorable. But if you are like some who feel every time the FL looks at the sml she likes him, they you might not like it. I disagree with this viewpoint because Jin Mai's performance tells me LR love PWX. The ML is wonderful to watch. Both FL and ML have a unique chemistry. I am enjoying the drama.

Also, the first few episodes are rough for reasons. But it ends quickly.

I usually watch him with one eye but today it was hard to ignore him the way he was beating the drums and staring at LR. He gave me the creeps. I wonder if he wants her to know he went back too.

That is true. But the way she portrayed by Jin Mai, there is softness to her and a playfulness between both LR and PWX. I am just saying regardless of what was and is, I enjoy watching them.

Just as her actions show her holding back and pushing him away, she has also shown she loves him in other ways. Her reaction to the thought he might have died is one example. And then she held back from hugging PWX when she saw him. I was disappointed in that but you can still see from her actions how happy she was he was back. Some keep commenting about SRQ as if LR cannot decide between the two. I don't see it that way. I see her as loving PWX. In the drama, she has not shown the depth of emotion she has shown to PWX. I have given examples multiple times. My perception watching TPR is that LR loves PWX.

I really hope this drama has a clear ending.

I am not saying I agree with the way she is. I am only saying in regards to SRQ, she is not undecided about choosing between them, it is PWX who she wants. The thing is, the way Jin Mai portrays LR, I like her. She is can be tough but she is kind. She can be ruthless but she cares. According details given in the drama she is afraid of caring for someone as much as she cares for PWS. I don't think PWX was afraid of not being in control. Instead of answering to LR, he left.

Basically, I know LR is not perfect and I don't understand why she cannot give her heart if she already cares for PWX. I think the drama or the author carried that too far. Surely, after LR thought PWX might have died, she should have wanted to give in to love. She even made a vow to do anything he wanted if he came back Therefore, this makes no sense.

But I love watching them together. LR isn't always restrained. Jin Mai shows her being jealous of QZZ at first, upset when PWX walked away in the rain, ran after him and showed she cared. With the scene in the field of flowers, I didn't know if I should laugh or feel sad. It felt like a comedy and to tell you the truth I laughed when LR tried to help PWX get dressed and he kept pushing her away.

I don't like everything in the story. There are somethings I rather not know about the past. But I enjoy the chemistry with the couple. And I do believe LR loves PWX. That is the vibe I get from Jin Mai.

Well, that we will have to wait to see. Are you caught up with all the episodes yet? When I stay up late my eyes keep closing and I find myself just listening. I end up having to watch it the in the morning anyways.

She meant that she was the same as before in holding back. She is afraid to love someone completely. It is who she is. It has nothing to do with SRQ. She wants PWX with her till the end. She loves him but she is restraining herself. As PWX said, she always thinks there is an ulterior motive. That character trait of LR was explained by multiple people in ep 20/21. Her indecision is not about SRQ.

And even though she said she is not ready, her actions shows she loves him. I don't need to elaborate as you have seen all episodes.

I agree. He is pushy and seems to think he has more rights than PWX. But PWX has no intention of letting go of LR and he is no pushover. He is a lot more assertive than some think he is.

As for SRQ, even if he doesn't want LR to die this time, he must have the same motive or goal he had in the previous life that led him to kill her.

The way she is so anxious he might leave her, I don't think so. But she has a purpose to make a change in society and I can see her allowing politics to take over her life but PWX is on the same mission so they will probably work together. Maybe you are right. I don't trust directors as too ofter the ending is a big surprise even if the book has a happy ending.

I thought that might be what you meant. Yes, she does let her political affairs take over. But they work together at times or PWX anticipates something that might help and does his thing. Now with the suspicion that SRQ also went back, we will see what happens. The emperor once told her she was smarter than her brother and it is a pity she was not born male. I get the feeling she will become more powerful. But the way PWX is, he will not try to hold her back. He looks proud when he watches her take control of the political side of things.

It is not poor direction. The FL is doing an excellent job portraying a complex character. She managed to portray a character who is THE Princess Royal with a unique combination of restraint and kindness. The first 3 episodes introduces the characters and ends with both leads realizing that they both went back in time. You did not watch enough to understand the drama. In the beginning the FL thought the ML killed her. That was cleared up quickly and by the 11th episode, the misunderstanding from the past that caused their separations was cleared up.

I think he has something in the plans. It will not be against LR but he is probably making some back up plans the way he faked his death. He is much smarter than some viewers think he is.

I haven't seen her interested in anyone but PWX, especially since ep 11 when they cleared up the misunderstanding with QZZ.

As long as this has a happy ending for PWX and LR, I will be happy. The book has a happy ending if the drama does not touch the two chapters that the author added. But directors like to mess up endings so we will see.

Regardless of what anyone thinks WAS back then or IS now, I have to say this:

I AM ENJOYING PWX AND LR! I love the banter between them. I love that PWX loves LR and that he is patient and give her unconditional love. I love that he has his limits and will be assertive. I love that even if LR does not tell PWX she loves him, she shows him in other ways. This does not mean he puts up with anything she does, because he does not. He just picks his fights. He loves LR and understands her.

This is a unique couple. They have been given a second chance. They have evolved. Yes. Because I am enjoying this, I will be extremely disappointed if there is no. happily ever after.

I am certain she has chosen PWX because once she found out SRQ killed her, that was the end of him being considered as a candidate for her husband. In the beginning, she deliberately snubbed PWX thinking he killed her but you could see she was more emotional where PWX was concerned. Oh course, she might look at SRQ and wonder or remember times when she thought he was someone she could trust. Now she wants to find the mastermind behind her death. It is probably going to hurt her when she does.. But this time she has PWX by her side.
