I love the way they did the scenes with Wu Lei's passionate eyes and the way he leans towards her. It feels quite sensual to me. A lot more than any youth romance or even one that is more direct.

Sometimes when I cannot figure things out, I go to sleep and somehow when I wake up I see it! Maybe just let it sit for while and maybe you will see it LOL! This thread is going to get as long as the one yesterday where you and I were getting dizzy scrolling through that long conversation!

But the fact that she is so shy in public and keeps dodging him kind of threw me off the scent! But ep 22 was really obvious because she was making the moves and telling him basically stop reading the essay and lets get to it! And the way she stood in front of him. All the body language was there. For some reason the producer is not showing it in the drama but he did more in ep 22.

And kind of feel I need to go back to what I wrote to see if it too much to put in words here! I was just taking the words from the book as I remembered it😂

And you don't think in ep 22 from today it was obvious? The way she wanted to take a shower first? The way she wanted him to stop reading the essay and he closes it and then... That is no just making out as the scene faded away. The thing with the book is that it has almost the same description and dialogue except the drama did not show what happened in the car. There are so many similarities and now that flashback to when she visited him for his birthday where she said she didn't come to see him just to sleep. She was there do something else. Now you might say "something else" means have dinner etc. But if you look at the way it was said and the look in LYY's eyes, you will see that there are innuendos in there. Or maybe you will not see. LOL!

The reason o mentioned the novel is that everything else is close to the novel except for the part where he gets “protection.” Even in the drama they were on the back seat just like in the book. But the drama did not show that he was dripping sweat.

But even without the novel you can see it. In the car scene where they went star gazing, he is on the opposite side of the car after. They are giving us hints without making it too obvious.

I wasn’t sure about that because it is not very private there with workers around. But okay. I will buy that! After all, the emotions of a fight does and making up…😉

100% what I am thinking! Did he say he was going with her to be with her for the match and to “do something else”? I don’t know if I am reading too much into it but it is a mirror of what she said to him when she visited him for his birthday on the flashback scene.

I love Mai Mai! She is just a joy to watch.

I thought nothing could be like Hidden Love that felt like a big flirt scene. But now this one is even more sensuous because of Wu Lei and his eyes and the way he inclined a his head and leans against the back of a chair 🔥

I pray the FL is not final. They changed it several times and now this actress I cannot watch. I didn’t watch My Boss because I just can’t. I feel nothing when she is the FL. No chemistry

Ep 15 where he took her hand in the car and put his chair back is in the book. You can see from the expression on her face when she turned around and looked at him after he took her hand . Then the scene shifted to outside of the car as time went by to the sound of music that sounds that the opening of My Heart Will Go on from the Titanic. In the book she drew a heart on the car window after because it was all streamed up from what they were doing and in the book it mentioned “the motion of the car” moving to the sound of the wind or something like that .

😂 If you read the book and saw the exact wording and scenes with parts left out you might not be so sure it did not happen yet. Don’t let her shyness in public stop you from seeing it 😂

That is what kept me from seeing it at first but I think she is shy in front of others. But now that I started paying attention to the looks and the words and the way they scene is produced it is obvious to me!

The novel has a bit more 😂
