I just noticed the actor who plays Xiu Yan was in the first episode of Who Rules the World. I am only on ep 6 and don’t think I saw him. I liked him in W RT W even though he was there for a very short time

Exactly. She and Yang Yang got a lot of criticisms in FOMH. And it seems to be continuing for Wang Chu Ran. I just want to watch the drama for the drama and acting and enjoy it.

I found the video and I am not sure what was going on. She was looking around . It could be taken out of context. I am not going to focus on any of that. I watch shows for the characters and the whole package. I find her to be a natural actress.

I haven't seen the video but a lot of times things are taken out of context. For example, there was one about Lu Si making her assistant put on her socks. I love Tan Jian Ci. And I also really like Wang Chu Ran in her shows. I am curious though to see this video. Would it be on youtube?
I found an article with responses from her agency saying that there has been many negative rumors about Wang Chu Ran and they addressed them. In any event, I find her to be an natural and pretty actress. I feel she is good match for Tan Jian Ci who I loved in Love Me Love My Voice.

I doubt believe it was for status. She is not that type of person. Sometimes it is hard to break away from someone you have known a long time and already invested time into the relationship. Of course she must have some feeling for him but she didn't love him the way two people should love each other. He did nothing for the relationship for them to have that special closeness.

If this is the first time then it is really weird. Did they say it was the first time? I was under the impression that the boy was not a surprise.
I watched ep 19 to 24 raw so I am not even sure what was said between the ex wife and ZJ and also the FL.

I was expecting worse from the ex wife. I was already anxious as soon as I saw her but Zhoa Jin made it clear he was not interested in her. It is admirable that he was so kind to her little boy but firmly told him to call him "uncle" not "dad." That must have been the ex-wife's doing.

I don't think she was trying to marry for status. She was already in a relationship which was sort of thrown at her around the dinner table 10 years previously. It was what was expected of her by her mother and the ex. Maybe she kept hoping it would get better. Meeting Zhoa Jin gave her the strength to break away.

If anyone is planning to watch this, do not be deterred by the negative comments. Try it yourself. I did and loved it. It gets better once the couple gets together. You need to give it more than 7 episodes. It takes time for the story to unfold.

This is the problem. The people leave the low ratings only watch one or two episodes and drop. I don't know how they think that qualifies them to leave and overall rating.

There are several SML. However the one against the ML is the FL's exboyfriend. I can tell you he is not favorable over anyone and I am female. I loved the SFL!

I saw a ML who had strength and conviction. He is the reason I watched.

I am so glad I didn't listen to the negative comments.
