GMMTV seems focus on getting new talent other than using what they already have. So many loose pairings and talent just not getting jobs. Then there is the sticking the new actors with popular, talented and successful stars. Having bigger and more experienced people work with newbies and be dragged down for it. Rookies are going by money, fame and nepotism, letting them jump straight to main character.
