Definitely wasn't expecting and episode of the Good Wife or anything... just wanted a tiny bit more. I indeed gave up on this aspect.. so did the show :D

My issue is that nothing seemed to really drive it.. not the law, not the idol, not the murder, and not the romance.

I definitely want more of the magic that was s1. high hopes.

also.. it was so obvious in the music.. it would ruin the songs...

I think the airport fight is just them tripping over each other’s defense mechanisms tbh. Muhee pushes him away because real happiness scares her, and Hojin’s instinct is to shut down and take her words as final. She’s testing him without realizing it, he thinks she’s rejecting him for real, and they both react from old wounds and mess it up.

from the description, it sounds like we might get out of the palace a bit more than normal

and they magically don't care about the age gap (that they seem to care about so much) when it is the guy who is younger.

The laugh didn't particularly click with me, but certainly was solid acting all around.

I can't decide of that description of p2 is making me more or less likely to want to watch, though.

Yeah, I hate misunderstandings too. This drama seems very interesting because it seems some like the first half and hate the second half.. or they hate the first and don't like the second. Quite weird.
