Title Navillera
what- why?
That's not how a rating works... it's not about how main stream a drama is, it's about how good it is. I understand where you're coming from though but think of underrated dramas, movies, songs etc. just because it doesn't get the praise it deserves doesn't mean it isn't any good. What I'm trying to say is the number of a rating isn't equal to the amount of people who have seen it. It's about the quality and performance.
Also what's up with people here and being so detailed about their ratings lmao not a 9 but a 8.5-8.8? I'm weak

I think Nanno may have been human first and turned immortal like Yuri, how I don't know but that's just my theory. And I also think there's something with the mother. (I just don't remember why or from what scene I got that idea from.) Lmao s2 and we still don't know much

I completely agree with you the writers did a great job and gave us new perspective.

Which is the interesting one for you? S1 or S2?
I definitely liked s1 more, I often tend to like the first season more of any show.

I only just found out that there was a new director for each episode. That's why every single one of em was so interesting!

Why did Nanno become mortal?
She was becoming more humane as was hinted in the episode lost n found of season 1. She started to have doubts in her meaning of justice, as shown in the Jenny X episode, plus the last episode when she interfered between the daughter and mother.

That's what I like about her tho, she's two-faced while Nanno is just right in your face. We get to see different ways of them handling revenge.

if they ever do a season 3 I think it'd be Nanno defeating Junko and Yuri, because from the ending I'm guessing…
I have my doubts too, you would think writers has some common sense of what the public want but often they go the wrong way, take the risk and try something different but it flops.

Did Nanno really save her tho? I thought Yuri just got lucky from drinking some of that blood in the bath tub.
Yes she did save her, she said Yuri is an interesting character and is curious to see what she will do.

On Girl from Nowhere Season 2 May 8, 2021
Nanno and Yuri are different in the way they take revenge. Nanno thinks about what the wrongdoers deserve and does what they have to others to them. 'An eye for an eye.' She does what the victims would have done if they could take revenge. She is our deepest darkest desires. She reminds of Lucifer from the show, he also just show what their desires are and it's on them if they act upon it or not. They blame Nanno and Lucifer for what they have done while they didn't put those desires in their head, that was just something that they always have wanted wether Nanno and Lucifer were there or not. Yuri on the other hand she doesn't care, she's reckless, she only thinks about killing. She will just do as she pleases she doesn't care about the victim-wrongdoer situation. She will help or mess with the ones she wants just to please her own satisfaction. It was very obvious she was different from Nanno from the moment she took revenge, especially the way she did it. In the episode 'Jenny X' I did question the way Nanno handle the situation, I did indeed think that it was too excessive. But I liked that episode because Nanno herself had her doubts too, we never said that her way of taking revenge was right, there is no right way to do this. But it was refreshing to see that Nanno didn't know either. She even interfered between the daughter and mother in the last episode. Yuri is indeed annoying but it's interesting to see the different ideas of taking revenge bumps into each other. Even though some may agree that both ways are wrong they're still different from each other. I am excited to see what is going to happen in season 3.
Ps. I am not watching season 3 if Nanno is not in it. >:( But I doubt that will happen.

A nice slice of life kdrama when you want take it easy, sit back and just relax. Makes you you feel warm inside and laugh or feel sorrow for the characters and share their pain with them. I didn't understand why it had such a high rating, but now I've watched it I understand why it's a 10 for people (I personally gave an 8, which is high for as I don't really like slice of life). It's different from other medical dramas. With this drama I could relief all the stress I am feeling through this exam period. Thank you to the creators and actors of this drama!
