Disagree. I think they have so much chemistry. Even in run on ml’s character is a bit strange but still the…
Basis of good Chemistry? lol Assuming much are we? I don’t mind if it’s kissing or no kisssing- chemistry is chemistry💁🏻♀️ which ever way Currently watching Meet Yourself, I’m halfway & everyone is saying it’s slow burn….it’s riddle with chemistry already and I have still yet to see them kiss.
YSW being shy and diffident is okay, he’s acting is top notch enough to trick the majority but it’s not there…his eyes & stances don’t show it. Simple. And I’ve watched enough of his dramas to read the same in his approach towards romance….its no-longer a written approach, it’s simply his way. He has more chemistry playing the love sick 2nd ML than direct acting as the 1st ML.
Much prefered ML in costume dramas playing with swords ….. I’ve seen 5 dramas he was in & he never has chemistry with his co-star in the modern ones. 💁🏻♀️ This drama & his vibe is very similar to his other one Run On. As for FL…….hmmm she was certainly happier but I can’t help feeling she didn’t have much character growth except depending on ppl around her to feel happy.
Honestly that was literally me when I started this…..couldn’t understand the rating. 💁🏻♀️Took…
Didn’t enjoy the skittish romance in the beginning as well 😆….even playing pool was eye rolling at first. But when ML finally went back to China to compete again it started picking up. The competition & his comeback made it a good watch. I don’t mind romance…not my fav genre but I can enjoy a mature one without the details….ML did it fine by 2nd half & so-so for FL. Just watch ep 7-8 then skip to ep 12….if you still don’t get interested then drop it lol
I’ve watched 5 eps and so far there’s just no plot 😭 it’s just about the couple coupling 😭 I’m sorry…
Honestly that was literally me when I started this…..couldn’t understand the rating. 💁🏻♀️ Took a week off after struggling through the first 6 episodes & only went back to finish it because my OCD brain doesn’t allow me to drop a drama once it’s on my ‘Plan’ list. Mid-drama is when it picked up for me…the plot unfolded, romance was still strong but it wasn’t priority & it made for a good watch till the end. Still think rating 8.7 is a bit exaggerated but it definitely deserved above 8. I suggest give it another try when you have nothing else to watch or like me needing a break from watching back to back thrillers.
For those who haven’t seen season 2 yet….best to wait for season 3 to complete💁🏻♀️ The whole S2 is a set up for S3. I wouldn’t have been disappointed if I were to finish S2 then continue on to the actual events I wanted to see… not to mention the end results for all those interesting plot directions presented in S2. It’s a drama worth completing, it’s just that the writers spread it out in 3 different seasons.
To be fair though you can’t really judge it for the ‘no chemistry’ part cause there wasn’t suppose to…
I see…Lee Hong Sae is 3rd on the list of this drama cast anyways ….if the genre in description has the ‘romance’ tag on a drama then the most likely pair for the main leads would be the 1st & 2nd names on its list under ‘Cast & Credits’ (above)….this page always does it like that, even if there’s a love triangle you’ll know which leads ends up together that way….just a tip from being a member on this page for nearly 10 years 👍🏻
its the normal kdrama length?? 32 episodes with 30 mins = 16 eps
Yes…still too long IMO…not hating since I can see the attraction for some viewers. I simply didn’t have anything to watch so checked out some high rating dramas I have yet to see & this popped up. What I ment would be that if I only watched the 1st 10 episodes & the last 5 or so episodes I wouldn’t missed a thing.
I watched for the actress but honestly, this drama isn't that good, because of the script. Pacing was also inconsistent,…
To be fair though you can’t really judge it for the ‘no chemistry’ part cause there wasn’t suppose to be any romance…..both male leads weren’t written for any romance with her, they’re there as professor & detective that helped her due to loosing someone close to them.
When I found this drama by chance it just got completed and I couldn’t believe that not many ppl are talking abt it….it’s so well written….but popping in to see how it’s truly appreciated & slowly getting a high number of watchers is actually making me wanna watch it again 🤗
The storyline is disgusting, as it revolves around a very senseless premise. A lot of unnecessary events unfold…
You seriously wrote all that without a spoiler tag!? 🤦🏻♀️ You literally listed endings for all the main characters for anyone to see. There’s no point watching this after reading your comment.
It’s ok…but then again I went in with next to no expectations especially since the writer barely had any works under her name….she doing fine. I agree with many on all the little mistakes done by the leads but I’ll put it down that the FL’s character is highly ruled by emotions hence her inconsistency in the way she reacts & act. If you don’t expect too much, this drama would be a nice watch to kill the time. Seeing ML finally in a main role is actually cute and I’m here for it.
Seems like our Noh Yul Seong still has feelings for Kim Sara🤡Just saying
He does…weird love he has for her. But his need for power & mama’s approval won over his love for her every time…it seems he thinks he can get everything then get Sara back in the end.
