Come on! 8.4? You gotta be kidding me!! I got scammed by mdl ratings Istg! This was so boring wtf...It was like…
You know what? If I’d picked up this drama any other time I would probably agreed with half of what you’re saying. But I just finished a thriller & a melodrama before this and honestly this was like a slice of sweet cake to relax into it. Not the best IMO but it’s certainly an enjoyable one for those who needs a chill out drama in between or for those into fluffy romance genre. Maybe in a different state of mind you’ll probably find that the boring bits are especially written that way for a calmer or younger state of mind. This is made obvious when further into the drama viewers will find that relationships we normally watched & expect to hate are all made positive here. Better that you dropped it cause it doesn’t get more dramatic than what you’ve already seen.
yeah especially since he knew about the whole time travel thing
Exactly! He was upset when he found out that she never heard of him from his nephew…would have liked a scene of him around in the future since everything worked out in the end.
Not just frustrating i punched at the monitor it flew thank god it didnt break ...really really hated BOTH when…
Lol I would have actually preferred that…2nd ML ending up having another love interest leave him got me upset. No one would have blamed her is she left the ML even when he tried to make up for it.
Just finished & I didn’t read any reviews or comments before starting but halfway through I kept anticipating boredom, annoying & frustrating plots, toxic breakups or & even bad writing/ending….i was waiting for that reason why the ratings were so low but by ep 38 I was left dumbfounded by viewers rating this. Now it’s not perfect & yes..I did struggle to connect with female lead on the 1st half but there was nothing in this drama that deserves any rating below 8 at the very least. smh 🤦🏻♀️ Drama is fast paced in a good way , realistic & there is no annoying prolonged schemes. It’s like new issues gets introduced into the drama and it takes only a few eps to work through it then on to the next…although there are major ongoing issues in the background but it’s not frustrating since all the little issues gets closer to working out the ongoing ones. Anyways- I’m not even a fangirl of ML but I liked him here. I did wish they didn’t write the FL so young when they picked her since changing her age to 30 or over won’t even affect the plot that much ….but 20s?? I had to do some serious avoiding in my brain to get past the first few eps but halfway through watching, the wardrobe, fashion plus hair & makeup plus her smiling a lot finally helped me simply enjoyed this.
This was so cute…especially love the scene of the 2 kids after the credits in that last ep 🤗 Princess- “Let’s be friends” Lee Shi Won son- “My father said I shouldn’t be friends with girls….being friends with girls is the start of tragedy” 😆😆😆 P.s the fact that the leads after falling in love felt sexual passion for each other was a big bonus here…finally!!! Cause this is realistic… we didn’t see any action 👌🏼 but it was clearly highlighted 🤗
It’s so silly how I misjudged this drama so much before viewing it 🤦🏻♀️ Honestly enjoyed it beyond expectations & not at all uncomfortable in way like I thought it would be. If you’re hesitant..Don’t Be! This drama is so much fun that it’ll be a shame to miss out.
Glad I didn’t let the comments overwhelmed me to not watch this….yes it’s frustrating at times and there are a few annoying plots that ticked me off to skip them but it’s really not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. I’ve seen much worse frustrating dramas than this. Plot was alright but I found myself interested in all the side characters story lines which is a rarity for me. I like the reverse of the roles halfway through…up to that point everything was realistic till the girls nearly did my head in (drama plot then turns into the typical K-drama clichè 🤦🏻♀️) Ending was sweet..maybe too sweet? Overall was a decent watch. I think this drama is more enjoyable if you’re in the mood for the type….otherwise it would annoy any viewer just looking for straight fluffy romance.
Yes! Yes! Yassssss bring on season 4. Looks like they’re signing up the original cast for it. New Goal more Seasons: Level One Trauma Centre here we come! 👌🏼 I love how it’s been established that Master Kim’s Dream of building the Trauma Centre is something he wanted to leave behind for his students…like a parent’s efforts of leaving a home for their children.
Jeez this type of drama usually not my cup of tea but even a baboon would watch this and not rate it anything below 5 let alone 3 🤦🏻♀️ Yes, I skipped a lot of scenes with certain characters and found some plot directions a bit boring or annoying …but there are some good cinematography/production, notable scenes, undeniable chemistries, character growth and wholesome relationships to make this drama well worth the watch overall. There is also that touch of realistic life thrown in the way they act that would make the mainstream romance drama lovers raise their brows but I find it quite refreshing. I finished it in 3 days…for sure it wasn’t the best but i have zero regrets taking a dive in despite the negative reviews, especially when I’ve seen far, far, FAR worse C-dramas than this with higher ratings.
what happened with the top 2 reviews? :3one with 10/10/10/9.0 and one with 1.0/1.0/1.5/1.0 @@
Both reviews have valid points on this drama since all mentioned was in the plot….but it depends how you view it. One sees only the positives and the other sees only the negatives, both viewers serious in their stances. What they both fail to see is that it’s a drama….one that highlights the ups and down in life, to agree or disagree, to feel and to relate but not to be taken seriously.
i see many comments concerned about the ending being rushed which is a valid concern since it happens with many…
I agree…my thoughts are that mother and baby are still alive, hopefully fisherman knows more….they will be the nail for him to attack back. Maybe that man helping him has the copies or he’s hidden them in his car. 2 hours is a whole movie lol
Culture plays a big role in this decision….marriage in their culture is more sacred than most countries. A care…
I understand consent and also not excusing her decisions here, just pointing out her actual reasons behind her actions as the drama indicates. As for trapping….yes that’s EXACTLY what she wants to do to him. Consent doesn’t matter all that much at first in these type of old school matchmakings & like I said in previous comment…..she’s planing all this to make sure he’s tied down and won’t be able to easily brush family aside & risk his life on revenge when he does recovers his memories. Like it’s title- Her intentions are ‘good’ but her method ‘bad’
yep but I think his memories r really starting to come back so hopefully won’t be too weird for the episodes…
I agree he’s already slowly regaining some whenever he’s with her…his body already knows too with how his chest hurts when he looks at her. She’ll be that important trigger that’ll brings on his full recovery
One point I fee sorry for his mom the next I really wanna slap her. She pushed him to become a prosecutor now…
Judging from her constant nagging (which I mostly don’t agree with) when he was young the ‘Power’ she’s referring to is Respect. No one will bully him, disrespect or look down on him, but that’s a whole different matter when someone is out to kill him…even worse is when that someone is a President candidate. They are too powerful in Korea. From her mother’s point of view it’s not worth anything when he is purposely using the sacrifices she gave him to fight a Goliath battle with people that kills anyone who gets in their way. If she’d knew her husband was murdered instead of suicide she wouldn’t have pushed her son into a profession where he would find that out. Her promise to her husband was to make him strong, Not risk his life.
did anyone else find it uncomfortable that she wanted to marry him off and even start a family (have kids?) while…
Culture plays a big role in this decision….marriage in their culture is more sacred than most countries. A care taker is a good idea but there are many things that can go wrong and it’s not forever. Marriage can secured someone to be with him as family and the kids she wanted him to have so he doesn’t go back to being a prosecutor. She has said that if he regains his memories she hoped that having a family to protect will stop him risking his life on revenge. Her main purpose of getting him married is not to find someone to look after him though….she was already satisfied with teaching him how to run the farm, he was gonna look after himself that way till he regains his memories some day. Her marriage idea was only added after she found the memory card.

What nonsense is this 🙄
No one would have blamed her is she left the ML even when he tried to make up for it.
