Yess absolutely !! The actors and the intimacy director did a very good job... the scene seemed so natural, not at all cringe and full of love. The midnight and the morning after scenes are two of my favourites - so mature, comfortable and finally vocal about their feelings for each other... ( I could not stop smiling ! ) It definitely seemed as though they had been together during their relationship in college as well.

Haha... although... I still had some love for the mother in Secrets in the Lattice. She was strict and believed in the concept of tough love yes, but was still lovable in most instances... also, wayyy better than the mothers in Forever Love and Go Ahead :D

I personally don't see that as acceptance, I see that as her condescending nature fully prepped to remind LX of their investment in him for the rest of her life, had he accepted. I think she would have continued attempting to set ZY up with the childhood friend even then, until LX and ZY's wedding day. That was more of grudged compromise than an acceptance... but that's just how I see it. :)

Exactly ! I was talking about the way she repeatedly mentions her experience in the education field to shut ZY up in the rare cases when ZY did voice her contrasting opinion... her experience should have made her more broad-minded, accepting of the students and inclined to give them a second chance, rather she used it to accuse LX of being a bad person, be rigid in her voiced dislike of him, gaslight her with emotional abuse and even side with FZJ and his parents knowing fully well he partially caused LX's sister to die.
