Things I imagined they could have done if this was a full length series :-we get more episode of them being maid…
This would be so great ! I wish they would remake this as a full length drama ! (but they would HAVE to keep Dai Gao Zheng as the male lead) Heard they would sometimes do this with some short length dramas !
Aw! I love ZLH I think his acting is very genuine and not cringey at all. It also helps that he’s very handsome.…
Haha, once I mentioned on Facebook that I disliked Yaya Urassaya (number one actress in Thailand)… I got burned so bad that we turned the comment section into our battlefield and the moderator had to close the comment section I didn’t even insult her or elaborate why I didn’t like her but one of her fans got so mad, as if I punched her in the face 😓
As for ZLH, I think it was just a matter of affinity in LBFAD. You know, when you sometimes can see that an actor is definitely good but for some reason, it doesn’t hit anything within you. Maybe it’s also because his part wasn’t so easy : it was just the usual kind, brave, perfect second male lead and I think it’s hard to distinguish oneself in this kind of stereotype part. Some parts make it much easier to fully express one’s talent, like the male lead in LBFAD : this kind of part is pure gold for an actor, while passive parts are actually the hardest
life is very interesting. A secondary actor, he does a mini show, without many resources and begins to attract…
Same thing kinda happened with Eternal Love It was a small-budget drama and all of the actors were basically unknown. As a result : a hit and all of their careers suddenly went rising !
After watching ep 20 and I am still pissed off with the main FL -- wow, she sure is really has no brain and causing…
I don’t think he really intends to marry his fiancée. I feel like he’s angry at the FL and is just using his fiancee to make her jealous and/or piss her off (if it were someone else, I’d find that pathetic, but after everything he went through, I kinda understand his anger)
That would be surprising…I mean, remaking a lakorn that was released only 4 years ago…
Yeah, I like remakes too And you’re right, recently, they started to remake series that had already been remade not long ago, before they would wait at least 8 years It’s kinda a pity though because there are plenty of other old lakorn so that haven’t been remade yet so I don’t see why they would focus on recently adapted dramas (I’m still waiting for my Jam Loey Rak remake and plenty of others !)
What happened with Yuanta in the end? Did she change in the novel? Is it available in eng?
If I remember correctly, in the novel, although Yuanta has an affair, she’s nevertheless pretty different from the series, she has a very gentle character and is very friendly with Prae. I think she and Prai are separated at the end of the novel and that’s it
We all talked about Bai Lu but what about Zhang Ling He ? I remember I wasn’t that impressed with him in LBFD (please, don’t hurt me !) but his few seconds of appearance here are very promising !
The newly discovered rookie Dai Gao Zheng (Maid's Revenge) made me soooooooooooooooooooooooo think of Xie Jing Xing : madly handsome, manly, incredibly charismatic and imposing, and has a lazy, charming demeanor
Come to think, Dai Gao Zheng, the male lead, made me soooooooooooooooooooooooo think of a republican version of Xie Jing Xing (Rebirth of the Malicious Empress of Military Lineage) : madly handsome, manly, incredibly charismatic and imposing, and has a lazy, charming demeanor
