Although I loved these two actors, I just can’t get myself to ship them or even picture them together : it’s just that Guan Xiao Tong has such a youthful look, she doesn’t seem to be more than 18 years old while Han Dong Jun looks very mature, like a 30 years old man (and he’s about to be). I know that they actually have a few years of difference but when I picture them together, I feel like reliving the Goblin main couple But who knows, maybe I'll feel otherwise when seeing them together
Sadly, I don’t have a good feeling about this : I’ve read a bit about the synopsis they wrote and I feel like they’re re gonna change a lot of things, especially the best elements of the novel ! (ex : the secret about Little Treasure’s birth, all of Ning Xue Luo’ actions coming back to her, especially her last punishments, Ning Xi often being misunderstood as a lowly actress and to be revealed as having several great identities, the Guan family plotting against the Lu and seeing their plots coming back to them…) Edit : I’m willing to bet that they’re gonna make some changes like LittleTreasure is actually nor Lu Ting Xiao’s son but his brother Lu Jing Li’s who is dead in an accident years ago but he’s raising him as his own and Lu Ting Xiao is gonna approach Ning Xi because he will suspect she’s related to his brother’s death 😓 The « I’m a single parent raising a child with difficulty bug it’s actually my dead sibling’s child and yet I pretend it’s mine » is such a classic trope

But the city and a new love will make him bring out with arrogance and self righteousness and he will eventually have to learn about honesty and humility. He will then have to go back to his countryside in defeat but will then understand the true values of life

I’m a bit disappointed to know this isn’t Zhang Bin Bin as rumored but I’ll watch anyway. And who knows, maybe I will like this Zhang here as much or more (I’ve never watched any of his dramas)
