I'm a fan of the novel post 400 chapters when the FL goes full badass!! Thanks for reading :)
Chọc tức vợ yêu
No eng subs unfortunately. But if you watch it remembering the novel, you understand it very easily. It’s surprisingly good because they succeeded in being faithful to the original material and yet make the visual, staging and writing cool, intense, realistic and not as corny as the novel. And the male lead is sooooooooo… 😍🤤 Yummy ! I just hope the Chinese adaptation will be similar but I doubt it
So, out of curiosity, I watched the Vietnamese adaptation of the novel… and now I hope the Chinese series is gonna be the same !!! It’s surprisingly good because they succeeded in being faithful to the original material and yet make the visual, staging and writing cool, intense, realistic and not as corny as the novel
You could have avoided spoiling future viewers by hiding your comment 😓
Most (if not all) of the other comment are hidden by a spoiler. And there is no spoiler alert on your comment, and although you don’t reveal specifically how it ends, you basically reveal it’s a bad ending. DUH you too You could at least acknowledge what you did…
Haven't seen the last ep but I'm so glad it's a satisfying endng. I was so disappointed & worried (though I understood…
I’m like that too. Sometimes, I even get too affected by fictional works (Mountains and Oceans have an unsatisfying ending and I’m so depressed when I think about it)
Verdict : my fears were wrong, the ending is TOTALLY satisfying ! 🥰
Everyone received what they deserved. Some repented, some did not I am particularly satisfied with the four leads’ endings. To me, Jom getting crashed to death by Prae is the perfect ending for him, after everything he’s put her through : he didn’t just cheat on her, he never loved her, only wanted to use her and he trampled the feelings for her but what’s worse is the terrible harassment he put her through when she decided to leave him. Threatening her, kidnapping her, and finally : attempting rape on her. He could have stopped many times but he refused to spare Prae again and again, not even because he wanted her money but because it wounded his pride to get dumped. Eventually, he pushed Prae so much that the only choice she had to escape from him was to kill him in self-defense just like it literally happened. The fact that she accidentally killed him when trying to escape him raping her is totally symbolic of their relationship : if he had not pushed her in a corner like that, if he hadn’t attempted rape on her (God, I really got scared for her there), she wouldn’t have had to escape like and wouldn’t have accidentally crashed him. He’s the one who forced her to that extreme. No one had more right to kill him than Prae herself and he totally deserved to get killed like that : so his death was sooooooooooooo satisfying. I’m just sad for Prae because she’s not a killer, she didn’t do it on purpose and she certainly didn’t want to come to this : it’s sad that she had to come to this and get through this traumatic experience because of him (I mean, no one wants to have to live knowing that you crashed someone to death, even if it’s not your fault). I’m also satisfied because Yuanta received her punishment but nevertheless, she still ended up repenting, understanding her wrongs and letting go of Prai. She reached the point of no-return but she understood it. And finally, Prai and Prae not only got the freedom they deserved but even ended up together (YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES !), and got the happiness they deserved after everything they’ve been through. I’m thrilled because I wasn’t sure about that, and I thought that the ending would probably just be an open one, but the fact that they are clearly together feels like a cherry on the cake. Of course, it’s not perfect : a few more scenes with Prai and Prae would have been nice, seeing what had become the other characters (Lee, Jaekun, Saengnuan who was pregnant, or Jom’s family) would have been interesting(can’t believe that the mafia boss is the only one of whom we got news) and the last episodes were obviously fillers and we could have reached more quickly and easily that ending without the little annoying and unnecessary drama. But these little flaws can be very easily overlooked when you see that the ending is very satisfying, even much more than I expected !

It’s actually really cool

Because she’s basically a part of rape culture (and also romanticizes situations where a man extorcates sex from a woman)
😭

It's based on a novel that was also adapted as a manhua
This is a sad story ! 😭😭😭😭😭😭
