My Golden Blood isn’t the kind of series that’ll blow your mind, but it’s still a fun ride if you don’t go in expecting too much. The overall plot is pretty easy to predict, and it follows the usual bl formula without many risks. That said, I really liked the core idea behind the series. Still, there were a few moments that caught me off guard in a good way, which kept me watching.

I’m talking next level, low budget, green screen fever dream energy. It was so unexpected and over the top that it became a highlight in its own it was so bad it was perfect.
