1. LOVE this cast! Has all of my favorite supporting actors 2. The OST is so good. I notice when it's a Netflix production of the music is high quality. The song, Gypsophila give me all the feels. 3. The Leads are fantastic so far. I don't care about their ages, care about the acting. We need more Kdramas with more mature actors falling in sweet love with chemistry that sparks please!
Right now, the 2 couples as it stands have absolutely no fire, no real chemistry. no intensity. Both relationships are one-sided, but I'm still wondering which team An So Young is rooting for? She's so fickle with a capital F
I can't. I had such high hopes for this one bc of the trailer and of course Choi Min Ho. But I have not ever stop and restarted a drama 3 times! It's just too boring, too confusing and just blah. It's like eating a very dry cracker when you're dehydrated and thirsty, but you can't swallow it so you have to spit it out. Sorry Fabulous, but you weren't
This drama has it all. It's so Netflixy, lol, as I call it. It has ANGST, triangles/Squares, polygons, class division, work division, family hardships, blame, regret, blah, blah, blah. Yet the title is call The Interest of Love. That's how Netflix gets ya! But despite all of this, it has an awesome OST (seriously tho) and a romance that I'm rooting for (am I??) and need to watch for every week. Ugh, my poor heart.
The drama stresses the heck out of me. 😣😯 Maybe I'll watch after the holidays. I knew this was not going to go smooth when the leads were too happy go lucky already into the first half of epi 1.
This was a solid 9/10 in my book. Yes, it dragged in the middle for some of the stories, but it was always one of those ongoing dramas I was always clicking on to see what's new. Plus the chemistry between the leads and their relationship development is what I wanted to see grow.
So we have 7 days to prepare for the worst-case scenario... actually the more I think about it, the more I feel that the writers may have Sou leave Aoba again in the end. I only think this way because of the way how in epi 10, you hear and see Sou perspective when he's with her, it's completely silent. And when I saw that POV, I thought to myself, what if that were me? If I lost my hearing gradually, would I stay with my partner? They've become like strangers because you can't hear them, that comfort level is all gone. I don't know, maybe it'll be all good, but realistically would he be happy?
I absolutely love the vibe of this drama. It has the look and feel of being in love for the first time; being on summer vacation; living on your own for the first time. All of those first times. Good stuff!
