I'm not ready for this season to end, and I don't think they are ready for the show to end. They've become so attached to the villagers because they are just so kind with their sweet hearts. I don't want to see Bo Gum cry.
I'm loving Yoo Soo Bin's character, Assistant to the Grand Prince. He's always been the most comedic actor since CLOY and Start Up. Hoping he gets a girl too in the end so he can eat Subway with her on a date, lol!
I hope Season 2 continues with the part time guest stars. I just realized that this was a barber shop full of bloodhounds, tangerines and good boys lol
Redirect your attention To Pursuit of Jade if you're already on Netflix. Pleeease?! Remove your cont to watch Still Shining from your watchlist pronto! lol
My only 10/10 rating since Tangerines last year and Mr. Plankton in 2024. So I give out 10's like once a year it seems for kdramas. I have to love, love the cast, the acting, the chemistry, the storyline the OST, and it ultimately has to envelop me into my romance genre with some extra twist to the plot. This one played all of the cards right even at 12 episodes which was amazing. Watch it now that it's complete. I will be rewatching for sure. Enjoy it for the first time lucky viewers.
11/10. I so loved this from episode 1... and now it's over, I loved it even more. It's comfort, healing, some mystery, family, romance all rolled up into one. Plus with added bonuses of a beautiful OST, cinematography and worth mentioning a fantastic wardrobe I've been saying since day 1. 16 episodes would have been nice since towards this middle of the series, the other couples and their lives picked up. But it's ok, they had a wedding and that made up for it. This will be in my top 2026 dramas for absolutely sure. Miss you Chan already.
Dear PBG, when you cry, I cry. You're sensitivity and empathy you have towards the village town folk is just amazing. The way he listens intently when they speak and the caring attitude. This is why I love this man so very much.
I loved the wardrobe in episode 11. From all of the sweaters, jackets, coats... And then don't get me started with the OST. It just adds another layer of emotion when you're watching this drama.
