This drama, every since episode 1 had me rooting. Rooting for Hee Do and Yi Jin, initially but now with all of the fencing competitions and the Seung Wan quitting school, there's so much more to it. It's about fighting for what's right, pushing through to get what you want and making relationships that count along the way. Clearly the writer knows what their doing because every week, we are rooting for these beautiful characters that count.

Kim Jae Wook is so good with facial expressions. He's like a handsome human emoji

Man, I hope they bring this genre back in full force with the success of Business Proposal. I've always like this office romance between the CEO and employee with a contract marriage or relationship genre. The hijinks in the office are always hilarious.

So the director of 2521 has directed You Are My Spring, The King, Search WWW. The upper crust of dramas. Now I understand why just the tiniest of shots make such an impact. It's him making these details come to life. Like that shot today of Yu Rim and Hee Do at the bus stop with just their legs showing underneath the bench or the shot of the sea shells being stacked or the shot of Hee Doo grabbing on to Yi Jin's sleeve at the fancy restaurant. Just brilliant stuff.

I was screaming at that head knock. smh, this is what this drama does to me.

This drama, no matter what the end game may be, will be in my all time favorite category of K dramas-- hands down! When you can't really explain to your fellow Kdrama watcher friends as to why that is, you know it's a drama that's so outside the box, crazy wonderful and magical. It's just so perfect.

And what's so odd (and maybe I missed the boat on this) this drama just quietly came into our lives with not much fanfare or expectation. It was so quiet that I almost forgot about it bc like a lot of you, we were all caught up with OBS.
