I see that a lot in Chinese dramas. I have thought many things about. maybe they really value looking white; maybe its a geisha/cultural make-up thing and i just don't get it. It always bothers me when the face foundation doesn't match the neck. IT JUST NEEDS TO MATCH! DAMN IT!
