NO REGRETS!!
To be honest, I do not like watching lengthy drama series at all, and 50 episodes was just too much for me. I started watching this out of boredom and let me tell you the only thing I didn't like about this was that it has only 50 episodes. I have never loved a drama this much. The story might be a bit complicated for those not aware of the wuxia/xianxia genre and related terms. But if you know something about them, this series will keep you hooked. Although, there is no apparent romance between the MLs but the chemistry speaks way too much. This is the only series without any flaws, according to me. I have watched many Chinese series after this, but not one has come to par with The Untamed. If you really want to enjoy it, I would recommend watching the original 50-episode version than the special 20-episode one. Also, some certain controversies have stopped fans from mentioning this drama on online platforms etc, but our hearts are forever filled with love. No one, absolutely no one could have played the lead roles better than WYB and XZ. This story was written for them. You won't regret watching this, trust me!Was this review helpful to you?

DIE WITH A SMILE .
I have been sleeping on such an amazing movie for so damn long. To be honest, it's the typical zombie movie, same effects and all but THE ACTORS, THE EMOTIONS! It all make this movie so special. Gong yoo gave his BEST and his chemistry as a father with the child actor SPEAKS VOLUMES. The scene in which he dies saving his daughter and smiles while remembering her at birth made me cry a loads (i don't normally cry watching sentimental dramas/movies). The first thing that came to my mind was the song DIE WITH A SMILE ! The ending was beautiful and sad at the same time. The daughter singing the song in the last scene was SO EMOTIONAL.Overall it's THE PERFECT WATCH! GO FOR IT RIGHT NOW! NO REGRETS!

AN EASY AND THRILLING WATCH
For those of you who cannot find time to watch long dramas, this one is perfect! The story has a few plot holes, but overall, it is pretty enjoyable. The amazing thing is that the plot holes are so well covered because of the chemistry between the male and female lead! They have already done a drama together called Passionate Love, and a future drama called Wild Fire is going to star them for the third time! Was this review helpful to you?

Really good for a short series!
So, it was a very light and easy watch. The cast was great. I think the villain was too funny. It does add humor to the show but villains should generally be more dark. I felt bad for Lili. She had all the reasons to crush the villain with the car in the end. The acting was good. The plot was cliché but was well presented. It would have been better if they provided more background info about the ML. Lastly, the ending was way too rushed. I understand that it was a short series but still, the ending should have been a bit more clear. The OSTs being in English was the best part! Safe and Sound was the best OST. I think everything about this series was pretty good for a short drama. It covered up most things well and there was not much unnecessary break-up drama. FL and ML's on-screen chemistry shone and yes the ML was hot-Was this review helpful to you?

I had no expectations for this!
So, in the beginning, when I heard of this drama, it sounded all pointless. K-dramas mostly don't have such sci-fic topics. Hence, I had little to no expectations for this. I decided to watch it for time pass. But, it actually exceeded my expectations! The story is pretty loyal to the web novel and gives a cartoonish vibe. The actors could not have been better! The acting is absolutely great. Somethings could have been explained a little better, for example the ending scene could have been extended to just before Min-ah enters the machine and then Mr.Ko could stop her there. Overall, it was a light and good watch. It has the perfect dry humour! Episodes are small but will keep you hooked for sure! It's great to see the change of genre once in a while in a K-drama. Also, this thing needs to be understood that Min-ah played by Kim Yoo Jung is not necessarily the main character just because it is played by a famous actress. The two MLs should definitely get more focus as they are the one's taking the drama. Many people would get into this because of Kim Yoo Jung (I did too) but then complain that she didn't get enough screentime. Do understand that her role was to be converted into a chicken nugget and so it's just appropriate that she doesn't have much screen time. The acting of the two MLs is worth the praise. It's a good watch for sure!!Was this review helpful to you?

THIS SHOULD HAVE HADE MORE EPISODES!
The chemistry between the leads is great! Only the kiss scenes should have been more but despite only one kiss scene, the love is still evident. It's a costume-based c-drama, not wuxia/xianxia. It has got me hooked. The storyline is so emotional and deep. The male lead got me obsessed. I wish they had a child in the end. Also. it would have been even better if the Emperor didn't die in the end, but actually accepted Hua Zhi and Gu Yanxi. The male lead gives "fallen villain". The female lead is a strong woman. Such characters are not usually seen in these dramas. I love how the family is so loving and supportive and how their relationship grows more and more mature. The best support character is obviously Shaoyao for me. She is also probably the smartest despite her illness. The breakup was totally for a valid reason without any extra drama. Hua Rong's death was the only part that shattered me to pieces. Shen Qi could have ended up with Yin Zhu. And my ghost couple was Nian Qiu and Li Hou. The ending wasn't rushed and the individual life of all couples and characters was shown which is a great thing. Otherwise, IT IS WORTH THE WATCH!Was this review helpful to you?

NO BETTER ENDING
As a loyal Squid Game fan, I definitely waited for a long time for this to release. I have seen over the internet that many people are sad and disappointed over the ending and Gi hun's death. But, this is the only correct ending. If Gi hun did not die, the story would loose all meaning. In the last episode the Frontman asks Gi hun "Do you still have faith in people?" Gi hun entered the games again and tried to save everyone despite the fact that they kept on voting for the game to continue and turned against him. Gi hun sacrificing his life for a new life, a baby, was his answer to the Frontman. He did have faith in people, people like himself. I rarely give a series 10 stars...but this one really really hit hard. Humanity exists, this is what Gi Hun made the Frontman realise."We are not horses, we are humans, humans are...."
So this is the most iconic and the last line of Gi Hun. According to me this implies that as horses, humans cannot be used in games for the sake of fun and the reason he doesn't complete the sentence is because, humans are made of emotions, emotions are not explanable :)
