I still think that adult Hee Do having a red car is a sign that Yi-Jin is her husband. That color isn't something random in this drama. It's Yi-jin's car color and now it's the color of the couple's suitcases that he wanted. I hadn't thought much about their suitcases when watching ep 15, but they come back in ep 16 as the preview shows, so it seems important to the plot.

Min Chae also knew how Yi Jin was feeling after that and this information couldn't be in the diary.

Me too! If the ending is bad, the reaction would be the same anyway. Now if it's good (not necessarily happy ending for the main couple), we'd have just stressed over some stupid rumors and many would be ok by Monday.

I know they break up, but the cause of it can't be reporter-subject issue. That problem already happened between Yi Jin and Yu Rim, he's not stupid to repeat the same mistake again. Maybe they break up to avoid it for happening again, but that wouldn't be a strong enough reason for them to never get back together again, after Yi Jin changed department. I can accept them not ending up together, but the writer has to show a convincing reason for that.

I was only pointing those things because you said that the drama wasn't a love story and wasn't promoted that way, it has nothing to do if they were in love and aren't anymore. Those things show that the drama was promoted as a love story. Also, not ending up together isn't a break from the normal anymore, if that happens it'll be exactly the same ending of La la land in which they achieved their dreams and didn't end up together, even the fl married and having a daughter are the same.
