It's both a high quality and highly enjoyable drama to me. The genre is historical politics, but it is much much more interesting than "The Long Ballad". Very smart modern man transmigrates into a minister's bastard son, and he gets involved into political struggles. There's also a tad of martial arts.
It's not all serious though, it's VERY comedic. The romance element is lacking, but the romance part isn't important at all so it didn't matter to me.
Beautiful music, amazing cast. ML isn't very "ideal" type of handsome but still very nice to look at!
I got hooked from first episode. I think for most viewers though, 1st episode was boring, next few episodes are slow, and then it gets a lot better from there.

Except for things like quality, lighting, voice dubbing quality, etc. all her reviews are personal. She DID acknowledge WOH's trash budget and trash quality. But SHE liked it, so that's why she gave it a high review.
