It's really weird to hear of the popularity of the second couple among Chinese viewers when the second couple…
Exactly!!! When he carried her to the bed, and then turned around and said "Princess, please rest. I won't leave here one step". It wasn't even a romantic moment but just seeing them together makes my heart flutter.
Basically the antis or haters are paying people to suppress any traffic search on Dilraba or ChangGeXing from…
Why?!?! Can't people just watch this drama, and then if they dislike it, just drop it. If you don't want to see Dilraba, don't watch the drama! If a lot of people like this drama, then it deserves that top trending spot!
Hello everyone ??♀️ this drama is bl or bromance? Which one?
In name, these BL adaptations are supposed to be bromances. However, in my perspective for dramas like "The Untamed" and "Word of Honor", they are undoubtely still BLs, love between 2 men. I suspect Immortality will still give BL vibes.

Being completely honest here, I am one of the people very into the Hao Du x LeYan ship. I am not a Zhao Lusi fan, nor a Dilraba fan, but they are amazing actors. It's true that the 2nd couple hasn't had many interactions, haha I don't even why I'm shipping them so much. For some reason, I just naturally find this ship incredibly cute from their 2 interactions, and I really want to see more of them. I'm also a fan of the princess x guard setup so that might be a reason.
I just want more LuSi and haodu moments but from all the previews and everything I have seen, it won't be till…
ahaha I do agree with you on the LeYan x Hao Du ship being a really heartfluttering ship! The cold hearted guard and kind hearted princess uwu. I just so want to see more of their content! I would disagree on them outshining Changge tho, because the plot is so politically heavy and revolving around Changge. I'm really loving all the political parts, and the pacing is great to me.
Which smart guy don't fall for intelligent woman? First he admired him as man to man - brave, smart, strategist…
Possibly! Or maybe I'm just mistaking admiration as a crush. What I really want to see is admiration, and as they interact more, it becomes trust. And then eventually, a romance. Hoping for a bit more slow burn with a lot of chemistry! :)) thank u for discussing with me

Well you both have a good point and I honestly can't really argue back much. I suppose its just my natural reaction that when I look at main CP I just dislike it. Idk mayb my own feelings will get better about it in the future.

I do understand what you mean. Changge is an INCREDIBLY exceptional woman, who wouldn't admire a badass lady like her?
I just feel like.... I know a few very intelligent people that I admire so much but I wouldn't go to love them (Obviously, it's a modern society so they're not like Changge level strong but still).
And ahaha I also haven't exactly reached that point in the drama so I can't judge very well yet, my opinion may change later!
I just thought that a romance should be built on a mutual foundation of trust, gradually becoming love. Yes, he admires her very much. But I don't feel that's a reason to trust her yet. I'm not sure I just felt that they came to trust each other way too fast. Especially since CG just had her entire family massacred, and she said she couldn't trust anyone. However, in some episode I forgot the number of, she told A-Dou to trust Ashile Sun based on a "gut feeling". This just didn’t seem.... incredibly realistic to me?
i agree with you about the second couple= their story development is different than the main leads and i am so…
IKR! Usually I would roll my eyes to a female lead who needed saving, but rn im SO looking forward to the scene where Hao Du saves her from her kidnappers.
The fact that shes a princess and hes a guard ... for some reason I just love this trope so much!
I have the opposite reaction in that I really like that Sun found out Changge is a woman early on. I am really…
You do have a point.... C-dramas do tend to drag it out and it does tend to get extremeeely unrealistic. I do get what you mean, in those crossdressing dramas the scriptwriter still makes the ML treat the FL like a woman. Like whaaa??? Trust me I'm in for any queerbaiting aha but this is not it
Aghghgh im not rly fond of the crossdressing trope in general ig (unless its LGBT uwu)
And ikr CG would never pass as a male... but its a drama and they can't change Dilrabas face or something so it doesnt bother me too much
IKKKRRR I WILL REALLY DIE IF THEY MAKE US WAIT MORE
IM SO EXCITED TOO I HOPE THEY DONT POSTPONE IT
