Chengling doesn't know, at least by the current episodes. If you see in the episode trailer, Chengling says "Thinking about Ghost Valley makes me so mad. Imagine how the world would be without Ghost Valley. They've hurt so many people, killed many people." and WKX was listening to his rant sadly. And then, in another trailer WKX was discussing with ZZS when to tell Chengling. ZZS said, "Let's investigate the truth behind everything, and then confess everything to Chengling." Chengling will probably find out by himself tho... and then angst ;_;

I think that is what happened! Some people are bothered by the shidi-shixiong thing cuz like “brothers” or smthing but as someone who has seen soooooo many shidi-shixiong BL novels I love it. I haven’t reached that far in the drama yet but rn i just know its gonna be good to me
