I'm so ready for the return of Dark Xiao Zhan. I haven't watched much of the prequel material so I'm not familiar with the character but I'm hoping he's cunning and morally flexible.
I'm watching The Best Thing right now and it's just making me want this even more! ZLH does smitten so well. I keep thinking of him as HC giving heart eyes to XL.
I agree with everyone that the Misunderstanding is frustrating. But it does manage to do one thing by confirming FL's feelings. She was pretty reluctant to jump into a new romance and ML was being cautious. Now her acting petty and then being so relieved is an obvious sign to both that she cares and they can start taking next steps. I still dislike this as a plot device and wish writers would be more creative in how they push the romance forward.
I'm so mad at myself. I was going to wait until more episodes were out before I started watching. But I'm weak and I broke, so now I'm sitting here begging Netflix to drop ep 14 🙃
Does anyone know when this is dropping on Paramount+? I don't have Paramount but I want to support the drama's views so I was planning to do the free trial to watch it. Obviously don't want to sign up before it's there.
I feel like there's a prior scene missing from that. He looked so badly tortured that it seemed almost like they…
Hm maybe...I hope this gets expanded on because it's really bugging me. Even before he was imprisoned when his master first found him near the bodies, he barely defended himself. I assumed it was due to the shock but I'm wondering if there's another reason.
I'm on ep 10 and there's something I really don't understand. Why didn't Shao Cang defend himself when he was accused of a crime he didn't commit? I'm mostly enjoying the drama so far but this point is so nonsensical that it's distracting. Like he barely contradicted the accusation and then just went 'Whelp since you're saying I did it, I'll just go to prison' WHY?? Did I miss something or did the translation not expand enough on his response? I seriously want an answer even if it's a novel spoiler.
Okay for novel readers can you please please tell me if this is going to have a happy ending? I really want to watch but I'm not up to investing weeks of my life to end up crying into a pillow right now.
Okay angst and heartbreak aside, I legit almost died laughing at Seo Joon SNIFFING Ji Woo's restaurant. He's such an unapologetic weirdo and I love him for it.
The actor is doing a great job lol.
