Who says it’d be a makjang??? haha I’m just saying anything that the writers want can happen to anyone, it’s fantasy anyways. Besides, Hong sisters are known for unconventional endings.

My speculation is just based on commercial practicalities. I could be wrong. But let’s not forget Mudeok has her own story, it’s just not being told yet. We really can’t be sure about the endgame since we still have a long way to go. Who knows the real Mudeok could take control of her body in later episodes? Or GYJ could be Mudeok not Naksu in Part 2? What I’m saying is it’s too early to predict anything.
First, the news wasn't confirmed. She might return. It could also be a PR stunt for the plot twist. Like when nobody is expecting her to survive, then there she is. Or it could also be a new story.
Second, If she really would not return, it's no big deal. I'm saying this as her fan. It is just one drama after all, she can have more opportunities in the future. Furthermore, no one would degrade her impact for AoS even in Part 2. She has done really well here.
Third, I don't think they'll establish a LJWxGYJ loveline because it seems hard to overtake a 20-episode chemistry when you have only 10 eps to work on. Well, this opinion is based the commercial reception of the drama, like what not to do to avoid backlash.
Lastly. I'll stay at the very end whoever the FL because I like the story.
I don't think they're twins. I love Arthdal too. I'm glad AoS part 2 will probably come faster than Arthdal 2.
Still very mad with S1 ending! It literally gave nothing. Anyways, with AoS, I doubt anyone would perfectly guess its twist since it's fantasy, anything's possible. I'm just reminded of Arthdal because on how the other twin was explored late in the series.
We don't know what will happen to Mudeok/Buyeon. But we know the FL is Naksu and that she'll get her body back.
but JSM’s absence means something that leans to the negative side, if it isn’t a prequel. It may not be a prequel because the boys are reprising their roles.
Guys, I think part 2 is a prequel. Because if it isn’t, then not having JSM in the part 2 is a big spoiler to the ending of the part 1. Or did they announce the FL for part 2 for this dilemma, like a trick hint?
i’m stressing that there are two souls in one body. and that they’re both great women. i’m afraid one of them would be sacrificed. there’s a big chance that it would be the blind girl since naksu took the screen time from the start til now.
i, myself, want romance since junho is such a good man, and i’ll be at peace if i know he’s at her side forever. he’s a great companion for her especially after her dad passes away. i think there’s a big difference on what he can for her as a friend and as a companion. but i’ll leave it to the production i trust them. they’ll do what works best for the show. i survived law school anyways haha
i'm someone who watched the remake first and currently watching the original although i'm only on P1E07. i rarely watch western shows and a fan of kdramas. here's the thing. i like backstory and the settings more in the korean one. the tension between sk and nk in the police officers and hostages despite of them being unified by law. it just adds more spice. but i like the execution of the heist more in the spanish version. there's more agony there. while in this remake they're kinda rushed. one factor maybe is the short number of eps. 12x60mins vs 22x45mins. nonetheless the og does that better.
now for some of the characters: -i equally love tokyo in both words!! myghad -i like the professor more in the og. there's something charming about him that the korean counterpart doesn't have. tho he's impressive in his own ways. -berlin, not much to complain but i wish he's as hot as the og appearance wise hshs. that'd be really perfect! -now with rio, i love love the korean one but can't connect with the og. -denver. i like the korean one because he's hotter and more considerate and kind.
for some scenes -i don't like too much explicity, never fan of those. btw why are they always in a rush???? -i like how the remake did the shooting of the director of the mint. they mixed two scenes of the og. and the positions there were crazy. -but the battles are better in the og.
for overall -i like the aesthetics of this better. but it's understandable since this is newer -the og did better on sound effects and bg music.
overall, neither were bad, both versions are good. they have their own goods and bads. still, this is a good remake for me since it made wanna watch the og.
this is so good tbh to to the point that i am currently watching the original
same. and im actually excited because others said the og is much better!! as a newbie, i enjoyed everything about this remake plus i wanted to know what happen next so bad
