Can’t believe I missed this gem
It was released in 2022 and I didn’t even know it existed. I liked that the usual overacting in Thai drama is kept the the minimum, there’s more subtlety here. The scripting is much better and people make sense when they talk. And the misunderstanding and drama is kept to the minimum, What we have is 2 green flags who slowly fall in love over 10 episodes. Both main actors are sweet and too good to be true IMO. Really liked the older couple who are very realistic as a bickering but loving parental figure for them. Just wished they had an ending what was longer and showed more of them together, dating and just slice of life with them; they could have ended the cheating story by episode 6 to do that. Also, how they navigate and overcome the difference in social class and how Taiwan accept that he is Bi. But all in all a lovely 10 episode of escapism that isn’t filled with too many highs and lows, just a lot of warmth and heart. Chicken heart.
