I watched a little and it sounds like the voice actor who had dubbed Ju Jing Yi quite a few times in The Blooms at Ruyi Pavillion & Rebirth for You. It sounds like her to me but I don't see it listed so that may be wrong.

I just started this drama. I'm also watching Kill Me Heal Me. I was surprised to find out Meet You has similar elements just in costume drama setting.
