I finished it. I love the whole drama it was very deep and people didn't think it was about romance, it was. It's about soulmates that will never be together. The funeral of grandma was a tearjerker. The sent her off well. Zhou, finally got her in her inner peace.

If you are looking for a deep romance, unconventional drama, this is for you. If you're looking at the typical chinese romance drama, this is not for you. I wish there were more episodes or a part 2. I want it to see if those two got together later on. I think that he did divorce his wife and both of more happy. I recommend this drama for serious drama watchers.
When they were sitting around the hot pot discussing whether he was going to get a divorce or remain married, i was so angry. He should be any doubt that that he should move on. You never stay married because of the children children will get over given time. Christina miserable marriage and you feel like you want to jump is not worth it. All that time she was sleeping with that guy for a long period of time and he knew it! That's what you call spineless. She did not deserve to be married to him he's a better person than that. I love this drama and makes you think.

I believe and i don't know when he knew she was interesting to his conversations that i'm like oh my goodness. I'm thinking the underlying current is that those are two souls that were meant to be together but will never be.
This drama frustrates me that's how good it is. Everytime i see him talking to his wife it disgusres me. To know that she's been sleeping with the boss man and he knows about it get he stayed with her because the child. She's a female scumbag. The boss needs to get his butt beat. I think him in a young lady are soulmate yet they realize they can't be together. Which is too bad because to me they belong together. The guy that keeps beating up i was somebody would visit karma on him.

I know some of you don't like this drama because the ML is not a CEO, who is arrogant, womanizing, cheat on the FL and beats her. You are also not use to the FL being subverient to the ML and allows him to treat like a door mat. All this is in the Chinese so call romance dramas. I like this drama because it has substance. It shows how being in love is, ups and downs and it does't have a weak minded females. This is a very deep drama. You can feel both of their pains. Cheon Yeon Su loves her and Ji Gang Hui doesn't know how to love because of her past. I really hope they can get together in the end.
I am on Ep 6, and I feel that the problem is Ji Gang Hui mentally. She has been looked down upon since she was a child and now she is feeling the pain of it. I also think that something happened to her, which she is not telling Cheo Teon Su. Ep 7 was funny. Ep 8 explains a lot. If people would just let them be, they would be happy. Cheon"s mother has a mental problem and she needs some professional help. She should leave those two alone. I love the chemistry between the two, they are soulmates. Thier lives are so much inner twined and it comes out in the drama.
This is a powerful drama. I know many will give up on this drama and if you do, you'll be missing out on a good drama. The subplots are great. I am enjoying this drama immensely. If anyone lived in a small town, you can relate how fast rumors get around the town.
I love the way they are wrapping this drama up. It doesn't appeared rushed. The chemistry among the cast members was great. No one person over shadowed the others. I really hope that the Chinese, Writers and Producers can learn from Koreans on how to make a romance drama. I would recommend this drama to anyone that like a well made, slow burn, and complex romance drama.

I dud watch it. Yes, they had bad Chinese people. It appear to me as the americans were being portrayed as condescending. Take the park when they were protesting.There would be other studen That. Would help them protest.
I like the series so far and I am on Ep31. What I don't like is every time they enteract with Americans it is a negative meeting. The Producers and Writer make every American look bad in compare to Chinese. In fact there are wonderful Americans and there are bad Chinese. Here is something this drama over looked if they are in county on a H1B visa (working) or a F1 visa (student), they can change their status after a certain time to an Immigrant visa. If the spouse is an LPR (Legal Permanent Resident), can Immigrant their spouse.
