First of all I enjoyed the series. Having said that: Chinese writers and Producers don't allow wronged people to say their side of it. Ep 29 Zhu Jiu gets slapped by her bf's mother. She didn't tell it was the mothers fault that her son got injured. Zhu Jiu should of slapped her back. No Body and I said no-body will let a person slap them and do nothing. Why do Producers and Writers always have the FL going back to a scumbag? Fu Xi Zhou is a scumbag and Gu Ruan Ruan goes back to him. There are plenty of good loyal men out there.

I am so angry!😡. Lin Qian Yu's is the same problem for women throughout the world. Their spouse will beat them and some will in up in Hospital and they still will not leave. It will take for someone to die for them to leave. Ep 23 shows that vividly.

Ep23, I realize this is a drama but; in whose world does a child meets a man sitting in a club, and she tells him all her mother's business. She only met him twice, which means she don't KNOW him. Writers and Producers come-on!🤬

EP24 Zheng Qiong is stupid to believe Dr. Lou concerning his wife. Meng Yu Shan is wrong for not telling her husband concerning Dr. Lou and keeping secrets. Secrets has a habit of coming out eventually and usually it's at the wrong time.

Lin Qian Yu husband is not a good man. She was a mistress to him and he did not divorce his first wife until she got pregnant.

This is 2024 and they are still making dramas where the males can demean, yank , pull them around and as long as they say "Sorry" all's forgiven from the females.

I do respect other cultures. Did you read what I posted? It's all about the dramas and not reality. I bet yo you anything that most Chinese females don't like the way they are portrayed. I have watch 100's of these C-Dramas and I prefer the military ones, because the females have better and stronger roles. What I posted is true and if you have watched many of these, You'll notice it too. BTW my wife is Asian and she isn't anything like that.

I am on Ep17 and I can tell you: none of the husbands at this point are worth a damn. The wives are trying to work to help the family. The husbands rather to live poorly than their wives to live comfortably.

Ep17 made me angry. The Ding Mu Mu's husband beat her up before and she hooked up with him again. If he beat you up several times before; how stupid are you to take him back?

Ep22 It took a threat of his wife to have cancer for that idiot to wake up and pay attention to her. They are some terrible husbands in this drama. They would be better off to be single mothers than have their husbands with them.

Xia Qian is an idiot. Does she really believe that Sheng Zhe Ning can't find a place to sleep? Really!? This is why when some westerners watch the Chinese romance dramas, they feel the Asian women are easy and subservient to the male. Just about every Chinese romance drama made is the same mannerisms. Chinese writers and Producers will make it so the female(no manner how strong or professional they are) are always subservient and weak minded to the male. They will make so that the male has all the answers and the females has none. The female
always talk like the are 13-17. I am married to an Asian and I can tell you she isn't nothing like that.

I was uneasy during the episode where Sheng Zhe Ning pinned Xia Qian to the bed and he
was on top of her. She told him to get off and he didn't. I guess in China that is romantic.

Just when I thought this couldn't stupider, there is EP15.

She is weak minded when it comes to the ML. He yanks her around, demeans her and tells her to report to him; when, where, how and who wherever she goes. The kicker is she does it . That is called weak minded and subservient.

I really liked the Series. I did not like the ending. They needed to close everything up. May be they could have an abbreviated Season 6. I learned a lot about Sisterhood. I know that even though they went to some rough patches and they stayed together. Us, men are not built that way exception of military men; when you go through a shooting match, there's bond there you can't break. Civilian men, for the most part friend turned enemy, will be for life. I like how the took in He again. When I first saw David I said that Ye and him can be friends not lovers, I added that he had to much added baggage and it turned out I was right. Like I said I really enjoyed the Series from 3-5. Thank you for the Seasons.

Those of you that are against the FL, re-watch EP20&21. She tried to help him so that he wouldn't get fired. He wouldn't use it because the woman was a single parent. He is spineless. I will not fight for himself nor for her love.

I agree with you. I read some of the comments and they blame everything on the FL. Instead of the spineless husband she has.

You seem to fault the FL and you would be 100% wrong. The ML is spineless when it comes to his parents. Let's start the fact his father told his wife to shut up. What did the ML say to his father? NOT A WORD! ML's father belittles his wife every time he get the chance and the ML says nothing. ML's job is to protect his wife against everyone including his parents. He failed on all counts. I applaud her for trying to get away from his family. We haven't said anything about ML's mother; that is whole different plain.

I almost this gem. I found it by accident and I glad I did. Most of the female roles are strong and not weak minded mumbling idiots, when it comes to males; which are so common in most chinese dramas. This is a wonderful drama and I hope there will be a season 2. I will watch this again.

After his father tried to rape her, she reported it to the Police. The company whom she worked for fired her and made her look like a slut. The company also threw muddy water on her family. She had to leave China for awhile until it blew over. She was the ninth person his Father tried to rape.

I hope they don't hookup. He is no good and immature. After what is father did tio her and her family, she shouldn't even talk to him.

I've tried YouTube and is not available. I can get the Chinese versions. But not Eng Subs. Here in Philippines it isn't available with English subtitles.
