Yes, she deserves all the praise she can get. That line in ep 5 where talked about sunshine, rain and snow really showed how beautiful her character is. I really wish more attention can be directed to her over the attention on the SLS and the misunderstanding. The story will take its turn, we just need to be patient

You might want to give it a chance as this is a show that didn't disappoint a lot of us here. There are several people who felt iffy about the 1st and 2nd episode but were completely hooked when it came to the third

Can we just appreciate how brave and hardworking Seo Dalmi is? She entered Sandbox just based on fulfilling the goal she set for herself without anyone else by her side. Despite being pushed down by her sister and finding out that the bf she was flexing about was in the same boat as her, she decided to work harder to escape her fate.
She recognized her own shortcoming and tried to keep a smile on throughout the entire journey despite being demotivated consistently. Even when she managed to lead her team to victory, she wasn't awarded or recognized once by her own teammates (specifically Cheolsan and Yongsan).
P.S. The way she grew up without a mother, a father who died early but maintained to keep such a positive outlook to life and then helping her grandmother through everything.
A powerful woman just does not need fancy clothes, hair and makeup to carry her and I think Seo Dalmi's personality really proves this
Also, Suzy absolutely slayed portraying this character, her emotions, her diction, and her expressions are all on point. Could really see the improvement from her previous dramas

I agree with you in some way but Jipyeong is equally selfish. In last week's episodes, he boldly promises to never let Dalmi down to her grandmother and would try to do whatever he could in order to "repay a debt".
In yesterday's episode, he conveniently wanted to tell her the truth just because he saw how close she was getting to Dosan. It was more of an impromptu out of the moment decision for him to reveal the truth as a result of pent up emotions.
None of the characters are flawless and are trying to maintain the lie for their own benefit. Only when Dosan is confident that Dalmi has genuinely started liking for who he is right now would he be comfortable to reveal the truth to her.
I dont think the revelation would be that simple as in today's episode preview Dosan already wants to tell the truth to her personally rather than her finding it out through other means. Moreover, them focusing on the handwriting aspect in the hackathon would definitely influence the situaton somehow

I think the SLS is more cause of the empathy for the character and his struggles rather than the actual chemistry between the leads.

The fact that all the characters that are part of the lie in manipulating Dalmi acknowledge what they are doing is wrong and would like to tell her truth. just at their own pace. Dosan realises that it is time that they no longer build their relationship on a lie and would like Jipyeong's upper hand on him to vanish. I would like Jipyeong to come out of the shadows and if he has actual feelings then to work hard on his own accord

This episode was everything, from the thrill of the hackathon to the cute moments between our leads. The story is also proceeding towards reality judging from the next week's preview.

It was with Dalmi that the idea was created but as their dad he might have used that sandbox with her too. It hasnt been clarified as to how and why Injae is using Dalmi's memories

Is there any release date confirmed? The one on MDL is definitely wrong

I really hope the writer does not follow the crowd and make a plot twist like that. Let the Dalmi-Dosan love line grow organically and Jipyeong should understand what true love is and hopefully find it very soon.

There is a theory that it would be cause of the handwriting of the letters and Dosan's handwriting. If that is the case she would not even have the chance to confront the people involved or find out the truth

I really wish that this narrative does not change and Han Ji Pyeong does not come as the writer of these letters to Seo Dalmi. I want her to find out by some way in which she understands what fully happened before she decides what course of action to follow.

That is such a positive spirit, Jipyeong's character is a sweetheart and I would love to see his development and him getting all the love he was deprived of

There are two things that we haven't gotten an answer too, did he follow her cause he remembered her and her letters or because he remembered her grandma and their bond and felt a sense of nostalgia. My opinion leans towards the latter. Moreover, he was okay for Dalmi to find out the truth although slightly reluctant. It was only when Dosan wanted to try his best to make her believe that lie that a spirit of determination awakened in him

They literally do not have any connection, although Dalmi poured her soul into those letters, Jipyeong's were fictional. He didn't use his actual experiences and thoughts but more so was the author of a fictional character he created.

i honestly want to know whether dalmi knew jipyeong existed. apart from one scene, there was no scene of them together which makes me start doubting stuff a lot more. If Dalmi didnt know Jipyeong personally, it changes everything

we never found out his intent for following her. what if it was cause she led him to the grandma? she might just have been a sense of nostalgia and not anything romantic. Whereas, Dosan genuinely started liking her after seeing her and talking to her. Moreover, from tomorrow's episode, she would try to know how dosan actually is

I have a question for all people with 2nd lead syndrome, do y'all want to see Dalmi and Jipyeong together cuz of their chemistry and moments or just because Jipyeong is a sweetheart? If your answer is the latter, would you be satisfied with seeing Jipyeong having a happy ending with any other character, eg Saha or Injae?

i agree with this, I really think that she would break up with him realising that it is not mutual but still not run to Lee Soo cuz she can't trust him fully

we needed a dalmi appreciation comment sooner, she is literally so realistic and powerful at the same time. she offers motivation and engages the viewers in her struggle. she might not be the loud characters with the fancy dressing skills and rich background but she is powerful
