The thing with DYLB was that although it had a very weak 2nd half, it was able to wrap it up well for viewers who sat all through these 16 episodes with a satisfactory ending whereas that was very evidently missing for ROY

although it is romance based, there is a strong story line that moves along with it

louder, i really cant wait for her growth and can't wait for her to start understanding emotions and letting down those boundaries she has set

this series was an absolute waste of her talent ngl, her shows haven't done anything that great either tbh

the mainleads do end up breaking up for like 1 episode but in that too she figures out that he doesnt want to break up and is only doing it so she doesn't get involved

so the writer has successfully made all her shows have a below 8.0 rating, interesting...

park so dam should stick to movies, doing a show like this after her success in Parasite... sucks for her

wtf that was the one couple i genuinely enjoyed

if it wasn't for the real life people actually digging out where the companies of her fashion, it isnt actually obvious. She dresses exactly someone with her financial condition would dress, her hair are a mess and her make up isnt that great either

tbh if she wasnt annoying, I would have no one to get my frustrations out on cause the rest of the characters are just so nice.

I am just really annoyed with Won In Jae's character right now, I actually started liking her in ep 3 when she said " A CEO without shares is like a used chewing gum" and then walked out to start her own life and take command of it. Today, her actions annoyed the hell out of me, shouldn't you try to get your fresh start from your own credits and not stealing ideas and memories of others. Moreover, she unnecessarily inserted herself between Dalmi and Dosan just to gain an upper hand on her.

I love the main leads in this show, they are doing such a brilliant job at portraying their respective characters

there is no possible way in hell that they wont end up together, brace yourself for the most cheesy reunion ever. if you are right, i would actually start liking this show a lot more but the point of the show would disappear

after all these issues, they are magically going to get back in the next two episodes and the show would end showing them happy living their best lives, where is that proper reality?

Tbh, we really do not know much about Start-Up apart from the way the romance will proceed to some extent. The way their careers will develop, the characters growth and everything is still a mystery. You should probably try watching two or four more episodes to really assess whether it is similar. I am sure the story isn't as simple as it seems, trusting the scriptwriter
