I have caught a cold multiple times after getting completely drenched in the rain. However, there are several factors that can lead to the same.
1)How long you have been in the rain for? - Common Sense. No one can catch a cold after standing in a drizzle for 10 seconds. 2) Your environment - You can be in an extremely polluted place in which rain can be a form of transmission of bacteria. 3) Weak Immune system- Some people might just not generally do well with rain and can catch cold and fever.
However, fainting seems like too far-fetched an idea as an illness caused by rain.

That could have been a possibility but I dont think it would be possible for him to drop everything and move to SK considering he also has a resposibility as a citizen of NK. Vagabond was by far one of Suzy's best dramas. It wasn't the best, top-notch acting but she has improved tremendously. Her acting doesn't interfere with the show at all. A good watch apart from the open ending. Also, there is not much romance in the show.
