Oh haha for some reason I liked Minglan drama more...I think because i liked the Male lead's character development more. Yah. It didn't explain why she was so smart.

I finished the first elimination episode. I usually don't tear up...but Liang Sen's speech T_T. I spoiled it for myself prior to watching it (it was on twitter). But to watch the whole thing T_T. I think he's handsome, with or without hair. BTOB's Peniel also has hair issues. Normally I thought it must have been hair issues, but then I saw pics of him with hair (he had a lot in the King's Avatar). I really like his personality and he's quite talented. I really hope he debuts. He's my number one pick. go Liang Sen :)

I'm so happy that Bo Yuan wasn't eliminated. I felt he was under appreciated. I'm pretty good with most of the top 11, I'd have switched out a few of the trainees though.

I think these 3 that weren't top 11 have the potential to be in final 11: Hu Ye Tao, Bo Yuan and Nine

Li Jia Xiang - I'm glad he made up with Santa. He was one that initially caught my eye... until he fought with Santa. Maybe it's evil editing - it isn't really wrong to stand up for what he believed in but, it appeared too whiny for me, especially when they chose to do a challenging piece. I think I'd have more sympathy if they didn't have a choice.

He's very underrated. I agree, he's one of the best and he's so nice too!

I agree. I noticed that there was more mentor/trainee interaction clips from the first audition on Twitter than what was aired. A lot gets edited out. I hear the mentors say things like "you guys did better today than during rehearsals" but we don't actually see what happened during the rehearsal. I think this show tries to focus more on variety/fun aspects than YWY. Honestly I find it more fun.

I'm late to this game... just finished the first auditions.

I'm also watching Chuang 2021 and have watched YWY2. Each show has a different charm. I feel like Chuang 2021 is entertaining - but honestly the ranking doesn't really matter on that show. Some of the most popular/Talented members end up in F class.

I heard that YWY3 actually gives the trainees in "N" class additional guidance, which I think is great idea. I feel that this show has really good vocals, and I'm excited to see what they will end up with.

I find the Chinese talent shows have less evil editing. Korean ones seem to emphasize the drama to make the ratings higher. I like it this way more - they can still make it enjoyable at the same time not destroy a young trainee's career over something they might have said out of context.

the ranking here...doesn't seem to mean anything, except get extra perks...

My favourite performances: LIT, Radio and Monster. Honourable mentions: Loverboy 88 and Girl. I don't normally like the cute boyband songs, but those groups did so well. My favourites have changed again because of these performances and behind the scenes prep footage.
