What was the context? The fans already have issues about how they are promoting WZM and his work. There are concerns about how publicity funds are being used by studio?. It seems the fans were dissatisfied with the recent livestream on weibo. He was not given enough time to interact with the fans and answer their questions. There was a lot of laughing/noises with the people around him (presumably studio) who were also interacting with him and made him play some silly games. It was also felt that the preview was confusing, beginning was chaotic and ending was abrupt (basically they ended it while he was still talking 😐)

I wouldn't worry about him taking second lead roles!! He cannot be overshadowed even if he plays a support role. In FP, his role is more complex and challenging than the male lead. I feel he has visualised and interpreted Liu Chang even better than the script writer and has given us a 3 dimensional character. Definitely a fine performance worth appreciating. I look forward to how his character develops as we go.

I have watched him play shady characters in My Supernatural Power and My Amazing Boyfriend S2 but I have to say this Liu Chang is at a different level altogether! Thanks to WZM's amazing acting abilities, script writing and wonderful co-stars he looks very convincing so far. Let's see how his character progresses. Anyway from the comments here regarding his character I feel like he has delivered! Loving this series overall 👌

Feel very sorry that he has been facing difficulties with his agency but glad that he has taken a stand now. I respect his decision and wish him success and contentment in all his future endeavours.
