I know it is wrong, but lets try to look it more in positive way to get some satisfaction in heart and try to think it more as problems between lovers since they are one of the main pair and we still have 14 more episodes.
Consider that u r in such position (pls don't feel offended in any way), when you know that u got raped what would be your reaction, u would either wish to kill the other guy or put him in jail or at least call out your friends to give him one hell of a beating. If I ha been in such position and if it had been my younger brother(I don't have any) had done something like that, I would personally break both his legs and lock him in a mental asylum. That is what normal reaction is like. But what happened here is different. The elder brother didn't feel either disgust or anger when he knew what happened. He felt guilt thinking he took advantage of his younger brother, cause he also have such thoughts deep in his mind. And even when he knew the truth more than anger or disgust, I think he felt betrayal and shame.
I don't think this as a case of brutal rape or such. I feel you guys have more of a problem than the one who got raped. If this was a case of real rape then when he saw his rapist, then I don't personally believe anyone would stop with just a small slap. I think the elder brother also love the other guy bit in romantic way but could not accept because of social customs.

Yes, this is not real life(it is a series) and that was not rape with resistance or violence. There are many bl series relationship that have turned to huge hit have started this way (eg, 2moons, 2gether with me, beloved enemy(original version) etc and many hit bl novels).
Come on guys, be chill. This is a fun series and it is probably going to be HE, so don't take everything in a -ve way. The director may have done this to spice up the drama.
