Beast King (could be tied with Human Emperor but put as best but mainly because he didn't appear as much so I don't have too much of an opinion about him, also because I still don't forgive the twin's father for child neglecting and/or abusing when Ye Tan was a minor)
(though he has certainly improved in my eyes)
