A bit of a side comment, but does anyone else feel that the intro music sounds very cheap? I feel like it is some kind of free jingle for an ad...

It's starting to get a bit makjang-ish, but I don't hate it. Also, this episode really makes it clear who has the most interesting plot and development - not the young cast, unfortunately

I'm curious what you guys think about PO's acting..?
I'm really torn. At the same time, I feel that he's portraying his character pretty well, but sth feels off. He has a really unusual face I guess? I keep thinking how the character would be portrayed by other actors. Cause I can't lie, his character really stands out in this drama in one way or another

The bit where he is out with his daughter and she comments where he never throws away anything he loves I wanted…
I think it fits her character of not wanting to burden her parents, but you're right!

Article "Jeong Nyeon" of Kim Tae Ri, Shin Ye Eun, Ra Mi Ran, Jung Eun Chae, Kim Yoon Hye, Confirms Release
I am looking forward to this, but they somehow made the second poster look AI generated. Is it just me? Also it's…
Nah, I feel the same way, it looks really weird, for once, way overexposed...

I also have to give a shout-out to 2ML (I mean the painter). He was always supportive, never got in the leads' way, thanked the ML whenever he felt he should, never lied to FL about ML doing something for her. True man!

Article Choi Woo Shik will reportedly lead a new Disney+ K-drama by "Project Silence" director
I haven't been excited about a D+ drama since Moving, and despite my love for Woo Shik, this doesn't sound exciting either...

It's so funny that this isn't coming out until sometime next year when it finished filming forever ago. Meanwhile…
Exactly my thoughts...

Title Lighter & Princess
The business plot is no good in this one. But the romance and the ML's character was FIRE. I was tired recently of dramas portraying MLs like total love fools, clumsy and cute with barely any character to them. And this drama, with incredibly flawed ML, but yearning for love deep inside, was just what I needed. The romance part is pretty realistic for a drama (maybe apart from show's middle part). So even though ML IS cruel, IS a douchebag, I want to see more and more of him, and the moments when he smiles or is adorable are way more valuable. And his flaws are what makes it possible for him to change! FL was ok for me, nothing special, but ML was superb, as a character (def not as a friend or coworker tho xD)

I'd rather NJH do sth new after military... Dropped out of S1 early on, it did nothing for me if I'm being honest

Title My Sweet Mobster
honestly, im so much more excited about the second lead couple, ill young and miho..I can feel the butterflies…
Their hotel scenes were so hot. I was wishing for more. I don't understand why they have so little screentime together... especially that the misunderstanding was so easy to fix... Him just telling her that it was his lack of confidence or sth...

Article Netflix Aims to Reel in Hallyu Fans with "Lovely Runner", "Wonderland", "Mission Cross"
Honestly, lately Netflix has been really missing out on the most viral / popular dramas. So not really surprised. More movies is definitely a good thing, especially that they are not really available anywhere legally.

Title Better Days Spoiler
Great movie. But the ending is unfortunately too good to believe. Them being together is nice, with a dose of optimism I see that happening, but her being a teacher is just unbelievable... especially in China. I'd prefer to see them leave the city, change their names and become farmers, writers, or whatever job that would not require a clean criminal record and give them privacy.

Article Park Seo Joon is in discussion to return to romance K-dramas!
Controversial opinion: When I started my K drama journey I felt he was everywhere. He is totally leading man material…
Cause he's playing the same character in pretty much every drama. I feel the same as you.
