i do agree! i’ve never seen anything like this drama. the main leads even started dating so early and tried to know each other better after dating; when so many dramas out there did the opposite. everything about this drama is such a breath of fresh air.
i feel like i won’t move on from this drama anytime soon (or ever). for me this is the best modern romance drama this year. last time i felt like my heart’s going to burst was when i watched when i fly towards you and hidden love. this drama, from the start to finish is truly captivating. all really connected, no plot holes, no romancing the toxic relationship. all the cast (truly, ALL of them) did a great job. the casting is perfect, the osts are amazing, main leads and side characters love stories are believeable. god, it’s been ages since i felt something so heartwarming like this.
this drama is a perfect example for many cdramas out there that you can make an exceptional story with a simple plot, no need unnecessary drama. the main plot focuses on the main leads. this drama is highly characters driven, each character has its charm and complement each other.

you should continue, when i first watched it i also had the same feeling like you, don’t hate the fl nor like her. but episodes later on especially after 20+ i fell in love with her and genuinely loved how her feelings grew to something stronger towards DFQC. like i could feel the fl loved DFQC as much as he did and vice versa.
my bad watching this drama after love you seven times. i was very impressed with how significantly ding yuxi’s acting has improved in LY7T, so i’d like to give this drama a try.
i started this drama with no expectation, just wanted to see how yuxi will portray his character in this drama. the first 17 eps were okay, but there were so many “filler” scenes after that. they should cut it down to 30 eps or shorter. i feel like it was such a lame they wasted so much potential in this drama.
xiaoran and yuxi’s overall acting were so good, especially in those emotional scenes. it’s just the story that feels so draggy towards the end.
i decided to skip some episodes and i didn’t feel like i’m missing something out. some scenes are pretty rewatchable, but to binge-watch it from the start is not an option for me.
i hope yuxi and xiaoran will get a better script and production for their future projects. they DESERVE it.
i really can’t wait for this one. i was so excited after hearing that bai jinjin (the screenwriter) chose esther yu and yuxi to be paired together. esther yu’s acting in LBFAD and yuxi’s acting in LY7T were exceptional.

this is the first drama that after a few days of finishing it, i immediately started rewatching the show just so i can experience all the good feelings all over again
just saw the trailer. god, their chemistry is off the charts, no question needed. who ever casted them together in a drama was a genius. both zheyuan and lusi have a really beautiful eyes that can portray their feelings so, so well. this will be a hit.
i had zero expectation when i first watched this. after i saw some good reviews, i thought i will just give it a try and hence i don’t regret it. this is absolutely my most favorite modern drama this year. nothing but you is my first drama of wu lei and i fall in love with his acting. wow, he’s such a very talented actor, he acts with his whole body and soul. the most important thing is he portrays a gifted athlete here and i’m 100% believe that he’s indeed born to be an athlete. wu lei must have done lots of training and preparation for this drama.
i was hesitate to start this drama because i saw some people complained it’s too draggy and all, but for me this drama has a good pace and we can see a very good development for all the characters. both leads have amazing chemistry. i believe with their love and how they become a better, stronger person after meeting each other.
i think all the characters here are excellent of portraying their roles and there’s no single part that i find this boring. zhou yu tong and wu lei are indeed the shining part of this drama. plenty of good kisses and many cute moments that made me swoon over them. this drama should get a higher rating, at least 8.6. i don’t know why people rated it so low. some people might find it boring and too draggy, but it actually has a good pace for all the characters development. it’s rare to find a drama that i feel “very satisfied” with how the drama ends; no abrupt ending, no silly misunderstandings, both leads communicate with each other and they talk, like real talk.
ps. after watching this, i decided to watch another wu lei’s dramas and i realized that wu lei have always tried different role that was not just have a good plot, but also could challenge his skills in real life (like cross fire, long ballad, and love of the galaxy). this boy is a very promising actor, i’d love to see him in more challenging dramas. this is my first time feeling like i will watch a drama solely because i want to “see” how a “gifted actor” delivering his role. i think wu lei is very good at picking a good script for him. his recent dramas are high-rated.
this is the only thai drama that i watched while it's still on going. i love that i could experience all those feelings every time i waited for the next episode. since 2006 I've watched so many dramas but this is the first time that i rewatched a drama right after the last episode airing. like i already missed the feeling this drama gave me since last october.
let's be honest, the best thai drama in 2021 is bad buddy. it's not just about the main couple we're rooting for, but the production. this drama is the best example of how basic tropes can turn amazing, with a lot of feelings. you love the main couple simply because you fall for them, you want them to get all the happiness, you "believe" in their love.
seeing pat and pran's love of each other is just so genuine and i believe that whatever happen in the future, their love will still as solid as rock. you can easily tell that they won't look at anyone else.
above anything else, i think another best part of this series is the cast. all characters have important roles, even the supporting characters. there's no a single scene where i find it as filler like any dramas i've watched.
i really hope for a short continuation of their story. 12 episodes are enough to conclude the story but i'm just wanting more!
