HT: I invested in her because I think highly of her. I trust her. JX is not ordinary. I just don't know if she's willing to bear all this for me.

so HT has always had faith in JX, XingChen, and let JX handle her problems, but also supported XingChen against dissenting voices. This is why believe HT never intended to merge XingChen. He wanted to see how far she can take the company. This is not the same as "HT helping JX." It is an investor seeing great potential in a startup due to its founder's capability.

It's great when a man loves a woman more. It works better that way too in my opinion. There's nothing wrong with having someone who will pamper you a bit, better than to be neglected.

There are at least a couple of those channels out there that are always putting Xu Kai down. I've seen many of the narratives they push like Xu Kai has a string of failures until he collaborated with Yang Zi.

I also like the heroic scene of HT rushing in and dashing across the brook or stream to rescue Dahuang.

JX's concept of love is a holistic one. She doesn't look at individual components but considers the whole relationship and every part is interconnected from the start.

I love the scene in ep 34 of them walking together and the famous lines about love. That was very moving scene to me. The only thing is that JX just walked away instead of the line about how her heart is not strong enough to be with him again. I don't know why the drama doesn't give her the lines that help audience connect with her more.

HT bridged JX start date to two years, gave her big, beautiful office. Its because she's a very important and valuable talent he needs. He's looking to build the talent pool for future AI projects and JX has proven that she has an eye for spotting and developing talent.

HT and JX outfits are coordinated, looks so good. JX looks amazing in white pant suit.

In Ep 34, we find JX has gotten emotions out of her system and able to see the bigger picture. The drama took a while to show this, from ep 31 to 34 is a big gap to wait for it. It's not that she didn't understand before, but she needed some time to cool off. But I think she still has a hard time to trust HT in the area of love, the way she sees love.
