i’ve been really enjoying rewatching wu lei’s old vlogs while waiting for new eps🤭

ikr the wait is so hard but i find it harder to get into another drama while waiting😭😭i’ve just been rewatching eps clips and bts😭

no official news yet but it should be airing not long after part 1 is complete for non vips so probably mid august/early september

ep 23-24 teasers look so good i think CSS will have a lot of little tricks up her sleeve in the future for the people that continue to bully her. next weeks set of episodes will definitely be some of my favs

the last scene in episode 18 where CSS doesn’t know how to accept the imperial edict and LBY ends up catching her was too good😂 love LBY’s guards so much it’s so funny when they gossip about LBY and CSS

she will learn to love him very soon, part 2 will have even more episodes of them together

i’ve seen rumors that in the livestream later there might be an announcement about a change in the airing schedule, praying it’s true 6 eps a week isn’t enough! 😭🙏

I keep seeing people saying we will hate LBY for being so selfish when he gets his revenge but i don’t think i ever will😭i know what happens already but he is so valid to me. it will definitely be painful but i’m already mentally preparing for it😭😭

today’s episodes were so good!! i love that LBY is getting more and more obvious with his emotions and now that CSS’s parents brought up his feelings for her she will start to think about him more😆 also i really like that we are finally getting to see more of how the mom cares for CSS she just doesn’t know how to show it nicely. cannot wait for next week’s episodes the trailers for 21 and 22 look so good🤭

The mom is so irritating but I can understand both her and CSS’s povs on the marriage. I think in the next eps CSS will realize what she’s getting into with this marriage especially when her mom takes her to see LY’s family. The scenes between the emperor and LBY were so cute, the emperor wanting to help LBY get CSS was so funny. Watching LBY see LY confess to CSS broke my heart like i’m not prepared for all the angst in the near future😭
