What happened to Moon Hye Rin's character coming in as Sol's rival? I was so anxious about that, lolπ
Ok! I just checked the cast list on MDL, and MHR's character is now listed as Ga Hyun's friend. Ga Hyun was Tae Sung's ex-girlfriend who bullied Sol in high school. So, are they going to show MHR as Tae Sung's potential love interest? I'd love that! KTS deserves to be happyππ»
Sunjae becomes Sanjay for Indians due to auto correct π
Lol! yk I talk about Sun-jae so much with my friend on the phone that at one point, my mother scolded me, saying, "Who is this Sanjay, and why is he calling you so much?" π€£π€£π€£ Bwahahaha! I was like, "I wish there was a guy like Sun-jae in my life." π€
With Euntak, I had to suspend my disbelief but with Sunjae it made sense, that Sol's gift was the trigger to make…
Yes! Everything makes sense in LR, and it was so beautifully woven together by the writer β€οΈ. Plus, it's not only Sun-jae; Tae Sung and Tae-sung's dad also feel it because there have been certain significant changes in their lives as well due to Sol's time travel.
To everyone confused about how Sun-jae regained all his memories:
So, did Sun-jae pull a Eun-tak but better? I felt that was the weakest part of Goblin, but here, my heart feels so full and I actually understand why Sun-jae remembered everything. According to Grandma's explanation, the soul remembers. You can think of it as a kind of rebirth where the soul is the same but takes on different bodies in different lives. In this case, it was the same soul (of the OG Sun-jae), but his past and present were being revised again and again by Lim Sol to change his fate. Of course, he had those memories because his soul experienced them. There were no separate timelines and no separate versions of him. It was always the OG Sun-jae, who finally comes to realize that his fate was changed by his first love, who also loves him back. I remember checking after Episode 2 whether they had a multiple timelines trope, but thank God they went with a butterfly effect plot instead and executed it perfectly. I hope SolJae's fated love has the most perfect ending ever, and I trust everyone involved in this drama not to disappoint meπβ€οΈ
Have to make it work because then I'll need to move on from the domestic SolJae in Episode 16. ππ I don't think I'm strong enough to let go of THAT!
