it had the potential to be good even without the unnecessary ending...for example focusing on the friends depression or the male.leads relationship to his.parents there was no need for cop out death ending.

not everyone seems to know how to write a good sad story and end up using death as a shock factor…this would have been great as a romance / friendship movie without the unnecessary ending
