Great review. Ah I’m 3 episodes in, but you already confirmed a lot of what I was predicting this show to do...I have such a difficult time especially getting engaged with shows where 1. The characters feel flat and unoriginal and 2. Complete exploitation of female characters it honestly just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
You should try squid game. I think it’s loads better than this.
I’m 3 episodes in and I can’t believe this could even be compared to squid game. Cliche and predictable and one dimensional characters that fit all your standard character tropes. I heard it’s based off a manga or something and I think there are certain storytelling aspects that fit better in anime and seem cheesy in live action adaptations.

Really? I enjoyed them a lot. I feel like it’s good to have a balance of games. Episode 6 was emotional. And the honeycomb was the first game we saw people try to outsmart the rules and such. If every game was similar it would end up feeling boring you know?
I'm more invested in both side couples than the main couple... :-| I'm just a big ol' sucker for best friends to lovers. So I ship Nabi with second lead too :)))
WOW 10/10. I took a long break from watching dramas and this was the perfect watch to reel me back in. I absolutely adored the main cast and the cases were always super interesting and not cliche
