i agree that Lin Yi Yang's and Fang Fang's characters and relationship should have been been developed way more. i feel like i saw the potential in loving them but i didn't feel it since they didn't flesh their characters or relationship enough. it was like he kidnapped her and qing qing and then next thing you know they're together. also xin ya's character was so one dimensional and the suicide issue they handled it in a really shallow manner.

i agree....and it was also draggy towards the end...but i think most people watched it for the fluff and cuteness (i know i did) i skipped though draggy parts towards the end

MALE LEAD IS SOOOO CUTE! decent rom com! very fluffy and has some memorable cute scenes even if some parts can seem ridiculous. funny too! what i love most about it is that it seems like cliche naive 'ugly' girl and rich good looking jerk guy, but it's not...the guy is very sweet and the girl is smart and beautiful (there's also not that big emphasis on her 'ugly' look)
