Most of the story is about the hardworking FL and the importance of the proofreading job. The romance exists, but it’s very weak. I honestly think the FL had more chemistry with the Octopus than with the ML 😉

Yes, she was pregnant. We don't know what happened. I guess Li Yan (or rather Liang Wen Chao as he possessed her body in the end) is not pregnant anymore while in jail (as his wife gave birth already) so we just need to accept that we don't know.
You could tell that Wei Xiao You was on the edge of starting something with Jiang Ai. I’m actually glad they didn’t go there.
If a guy's already in a relationship and he’s holding your hand, looking into your eyes while you’re talking about love - yeah, odds are high he’s ready to leave his current girlfriend for you. Just make sure you’re ready for him to do the same thing to you down the road.
