Not bad but not great either. Some parts were delivered well but some were executed so poorly. Started for PMY and SK eye candy and couldn’t say I stayed because of the storyline. I enjoyed the weather parallels but it didn’t make up for how it was written.
I was surprised that this is how the weather forecasters actually operate.
I’m still watching but it’s a very cliche drama with an annoying ex and lots of miscommunication and misunderstanding lol. I just want to slap the FL bc why are you doing this all for a man?! come to your senses, girl!!
I’m still stuck on this drama even though I finished it over a week ago. YY and Reba are so cute together and I wouldn’t be surprised if they come out as a real couple later. Their chemistry was undeniable and some moments felt so intimate that I felt like I was being invasive. If you’re in the mood for a romance show with lots of butterflies, this is it !!
Overall satisfied with the ending but I expected more? The hour flew by though so I guess it was a good pace for the ending. It was pretty evident from episode 15 that Ji Ah was going to learn to accept and let go of her mom and that the mom would leave after Ji Ah let go. No big surprises but I had hoped that there would still be a little bit of romance. I understand it wouldn’t have been realistic for her feelings because Ji Ah just accepted her moms death and moved on but still!! This probably leaves an opening for season 2. Couldn’t help but think that they kept the romance out because if Im Bum is no longer a virgin then he can’t be her psychic anymore. That egg ghost sound still freaks me out a little.
:( that’s it ! It’s over and I feel empty. Overall it was a great drama and had a lot of special moments. Definitely one of the best Chinese dramas so far and I would probably watch it again. The pace of the drama was the perfect balance between keeping the audience engaged and allowing time to process everything that happened which is something I have found rare in Chinese dramas as there are always parts that seem to drag on. All the actors are great. Especially Wu Lei, that scene with his mom was heartbreaking. The chemistry between Chang ge and Ah Sun is undeniable and their love story is one of the best. Hao du and Leyan are so fitting for each other too. The best thing about this drama is the character development for every single character. They’ve all learned and grown throughout the series. I loved the ending scene where Chang ge is faced with Yicheng and Chang ge realizes that she could’ve been what Yicheng is now if she had continued down the revenge path. The last episode felt a little bit rushed and an extra 30 mins would have been good (so like an extra episode hehe). I’m not sure I loved the ending but I also don’t know how else it could have ended. I saw other comments saying that because of the way it ended, it opens up a possibility for a second season??!!
Watching the remainder now!! In ep 43, when Sun went to go ask Changge's mom for marriage and then left the invitation, SO CUTE!!! When Haodu came back to Leyan after grabbing the candy, I knew she would be gone again, haha. I loved the way their relationship developed.
I feel like this will be a sad ending for Mujin or She'er. I actually feel so bad for She'er, he's good at heart and just wants to be loved. :(
I didn’t know what to expect with this drama but I’m so glad I found it. I’m only a few episodes in but I’m hooked; its so good. it’s great to see Dilraba acting again. She has improved so much from eternal love of dream
I really enjoyed the drama up until the last couple of eps. Did they have to speed up the timeline??? There were so many lost moments in between. I was expecting a cheesier drama but I’m glad I watched it all the way through. It feels like a romcom mixed with a slice of life. right after I finished the drama, it felt lacking but I think that’s just because I wanted more. and Sooyoung is so cute in this drama!!
I feel like this had so much potential and so much they could have addressed. But every conversation was plain and so surface level. No one really spoke to each other and when Jojo asked Sun Oh to meet up, they really could have said all of that stuff??? But SO was left confused and had to accept it anyways. I was mostly annoyed with the character development of what could have been with Jojo but unfortunately the series just fell short. I really don’t have much to say about Hyeyoung ..
I thought it was a scary movie at first but it’s not really! I loved going into the movie not knowing what it was about. It kept me on edge and I wasn’t really sure what to expect.
