I have written my review! My lowest rating is 6 and I gave this movie 6.5/10.I am giving extra half point for…
agreed on everything in your review! but may you elaborate on why you think that wooshik did not suit this role?

personally, i thought that his acting was effective for whatever he was given. he portrayed minjae's idealism and naivety pretty well despite the fact that we barely actually know his character. yeah his undercover moments were... unconvincing but that's really on the lackadaisical writing.

you're in the minority haha, but may i know why?the majority of us certainly think that dami and wooshik undeniably…
i understand, but isn't that exactly the point of the drama? the main theme here is how the characters, especially yeonsoo and woong, will change as better and matured people. they, yeonsoo in this case, exhibit those flaws in order to highlight how she'll grow from her experiences.

the writers will certainly give her a development and i'm confident that they'll be able to work things out together. but i'm aware that we may still get the ending you described. i believe we should expect many other possible endings which are either happy and sad, actually.

edit: also disagree that she hasn't changed. i mentioned that she'll get a bigger development, but we saw her subtly change and those are huge progresses already!!

about nj and woong, yes their personalities are interesting compatible, but that doesn't make them romantically suitable for each other. i mean, woong's still stupidly in love with yeonsoo so it'd honestly feel contrived to have him fall for nj in the end...

Why do I feel like I’m the only one who wants Choi Woong and NJ to end up together? Then Yeon soo and Ji woong?
you're in the minority haha, but may i know why?

the majority of us certainly think that dami and wooshik undeniably have the strongest chemistry, that's why. moreover, the two actors are actually close irl so their acting and dynamic always feels so natural and fun to watch. they look more visually lovely together, too.

and although i find it interesting to watch nj and woong as well, jeongeui and wooshik just doesn't bring out any kind of romantic chemistry. their huge age gap is also sometimes noticeable, making it hard for me to picture them as a couple in my mind.

As expected writer keeps the low quality standard set in 1st week itself. A Korean main character is always made…
"delusional" huh? can't we be just normal individuals who are able to deeply resonate with the story and the characters? but i guess i'm a foolish bitch now because, uh, i can simply see myself in the characters...?

also, i'm sure you've seen works with actual dreadful and offensive writing, don't you think it's a bit extreme to call this an abomination?

and if you just want to keep on making these pretentious remarks, please, for the love of god, just drop this drama. i bet nobody likes reading your complaints, anyways.

(Ep 2) Is this only me or no one is bothered by the I'M A PUSHOVER and You can step on me kind of role by ML.
how is the ml a pushover 🀨 and if you really think that he is, ep 4 will clearly show his small development. why are you even bothered when a character is flawed 😭 that's the point???

"abomination of a drama" was totally uncalled for, this is really just an inoffensive story about two people growing…
no no idrc but it's really ironic, you liked daytime shooting starβ€”a work that tried to justify a gross age gap romance, YET you tried to criticize this drama about how it justified something that's not even inherently bad. and i'm not even dragging the former, i'm saying that you're just spouting a bunch of hypocritical nonsense.

A question guys; the artist Koo-o (idk if i spelled correctly or not :p) is not seen in public so no one knows…
yes, he literally agreed to filming the documentary (which will be nationally broadcasted) and to doing the live show, of course he knew that it basically meant that he would have to reveal his identity.

moreover, you probably just missed that it was clearly mentioned in ep 2 how he'd literally do ANYTHING and risk EVERYTHING just to get his "revenge" on someone (because he's THAT petty). and in this case, he's deliberately risking his quiet and peaceful life in order to pest yeonsoo, the person who even hates the very idea of being together with him in a room.

Not to obsess over the rating but there's no reason it should have dropped after ep 3 and 4, they were both excellent…
oh my god thank you so much 😭 i've been trying to tell people that for two weeks and they really just don't care at all 😭

trauma 😭 what drama were you watching? we call her that now, huh? bitch LMAOYS acting all vulnerable and emotional…
that's your opinion and i'm just trying to get you to merely BOTHER understanding the character. well, you obviously don't want to, i guess πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

trauma 😭 what drama were you watching? we call her that now, huh? bitch LMAOYS acting all vulnerable and emotional…
yeah and i assure you, absolutely everyone knows that she's cold and mean.

why can't you just try to wrap your head around the fact that some characters can be naturally established as flawed people? that's the point of the whole characterization aspect, please. they'll surely focus on her, slowly point out and improve those flaws, and finally, she's gonna get that development. stop jumping the gun.

also, she's immature, sure. but she's far from being a narcissist? 😧 she met woong as an annoying slacker who had no plans in his life, of course she'd hate it especially because it seemed like he's relying on his privileged ass.

lastly, she's literally independent lol and she's obviously not presented as badass, y'all would call anything badass now :/

Why is the female lead such a bitch tho?, it feels like the writers gave her trauma to justify her bitchiness…
trauma 😭 what drama were you watching?

we call her that now, huh? bitch LMAO

YS acting all vulnerable and emotional for the first time was to show just how much she's hurt too, i think it never tried to justify or outweigh any of her noticeable flaws. rather, it gives her character more depth. to make her dimensional and relatable. we all have different experiences but many people, including me, can empathize with the characters well. so just because you can't resonate with them doesn't mean the writing is bad, it means that the drama just doesn't do it for you.

nah it won't work for them as friends 😭 woong still clearly loves yeonsoo
yeah she's pretty much in denial but it's very noticeable. they were deeply in love so i'm sure they're gonna rekindle that love in the end

i actually thought that the present angst is purposely there to make us more curious as to why they broke up,…
hmm but didn't they show the breaking point of their relationship in go back couple's ep 1? sure, it wasn't entirely the main factor or reason but i think the fact that they clearly just had a misunderstanding during that time was enough reason to try to root for them. i really get you though (jang kiyong was a convincing second lead). however, i don't think you have to worry about that here, i feel like jiwoong won't even be a competition haha. lastlyyyyy!!! you can read the webtoon if you want to witness more of their highschool days :) it's a nice separate experience from the drama!
